We loved the atmosphere, even though the outside area had some construction going on. Very convenient, had a little market, which sold medicines and different goods or toiletries you may need. It had restaurants of all kind, casual, buffet, fancy. The casino offered many different machines, and games. As far as the stay, I will say the hotel was off the strip, but they had a free bus that took you to the strip. The pools were great, hot tub was hot as it should be. We found all the staff to be of excellent service. The room we stayed in, was a high floor suite in the Palms Place building, and it had the most amazing view. I'd definitely recommend staying here. Definitely would love to stay there again the next time I go to Las Vegas.

My daughter got married this November at the Palms. The rooms and services were impeccable. One thing I want to point out is how helpful the concierge was.
We needed a photographer so I contacted the concierge for recommendations and she said Brian at B-Freed Photography.
He was absolutely amazing.
If you need a photographer for any function, Brian comes highly recommended! His prices are reasonable and his work is amazing!

Nice casino, even better after it's makeover. I valet parked with a super nice driver, very courteous and helpful, also pointing out it a free valet at the palms. So many Vegas casinos now charge for the service. Casino floor is not too large so it hard to get lost here. Very modern with mainly new style slots and your usual table games and a large automated baccarat area cinema style seating with a screen. Nice.
