Beau Rivage Resort & Casino Comps

Nice place to gamble, beautiful upkeep of facility. Buffet is overated and over priced but not bad! Will go back

This restaurant is now about 80% empty whenever you go in there. It used to be it would take you months to set up a good reservation for this place and you can get in the same day and not have anybody sit within 15 feet of you. I went tonight, September 24 after making a reservation almost 2 months ago, I ordered the halibut at their recommendation and waited. 45 minutes for them to bring out a hard piece of fish that had been sitting underneath the heating lamps for way too long. They asked if they could make it right as to just bring me a steak, and within five minutes they had a steak in my table, burned on both sides and not even cooked in the middle. Actually, it was cold and I’ve got my own teeth, but I couldn’t even chew this thing. It was rough to cut it. The place has gone downhill and all you heard was I’m sorry I’m sorry. The manager came out and basically told me that the waitress had told him that she couldn’t satisfy my needs and that I told her that I didn’t want anything else so he asked me to leave. Yes, he put it that way to me. He says well she says there’s nothing we can do for you so you can go. I don’t know if they’ve fired the good chefs. I’ve noticed most of the waiting. Staff is new and the chefs either don’t care or they’ve given up. The manager was my biggest disappointment. I’ve been here over 50 times and this was unbelievable. The level of attitude, discussed from them and just that total attitude of I just don’t care was the worst I’ve ever seen in a restaurant of any kind. Reminded me of going through a McDonald’s drive-through at midnight and getting leftover food from some $11 an hour person with a bad attitude.

We booked a room at the last minute almost 11pm. And was upgraded to a sunrise morning view with Jacuzzi tub and two queen beds . From a king bed and walk in shower. Mississippi has incredible customer service .

The place smells very smoky and the majority of the guest are older. We went on a Saturday evening, so I thought it would be a little more exciting. They were having a slot tournament, so it was kind if busy, but this was not the scene for a young couple. This would be a place I would bring my mom.
