I bought 6 different colored super diamond poker chips from discount casino gear and 1 of the 6 colored chips is very fragile and break when dropped on the floor. Granted the charity poker tournament I organized has ceramic floors but I would think a poker chip could with stand dropping on the floor without breaking. When I call customer service he laughs and says these chips are cheap they are only $.07 each. I asked for a full replacement of just the color that is breaking and he says if I send you new chips they will be exactly what I already have. Keep in mind only 1 color is breaking. So they do not back their products. Lesson learned. Careful buying here.
