Overview
Set in the Allegheny Mountains since 1858, this iconic 10,000-acre resort is a 3 minutes' walk from the White Sulphur Springs train station.
Quarters range from classic rooms and cottages to 4-bedroom estate houses and 7-bedroom suites. All units feature minibars, flat-screen TVs and free WiFi.
Amenities include 4 public golf courses, several restaurants and bars (a 43-acre farm grows produce for the restaurants), a mineral spa and a 103,000-sq-ft casino. Many meeting facilities, shops and various on-site and offsite activities (from bowling to horseback riding) round out the offerings. A resort fee is charged, but activities cost extra. Is there a dress code in the casino?
Dress Code:
Before 7:00pm in the Casino Club: Resort attire (collared sport shirts, sweaters, slacks and walking shorts). If denim is your attire preference, well-kept denim in a dark shade is ours.
After 7:00pm in the Casino Club: Jackets are required for gentlemen. If denim is your attire preference, well-kept denim in a dark shade is ours. Men’s hats and baseball caps are not permitted

What is the turnaround time for setting up a credit line?
A credit application needs to be sent in at least 4-10 days before arrival. Credit companies are very slow so we recommend sending in your application 2 weeks before arriving.
OpenIs wiring money or cashiers check options available?
Yes, guests can wire money and Greenbrier can do cashiers checks that are verified with their credit department.

Are there comp drinks in the casino?
Complimentary drinks may be offered to players playing in the high limit area at the discretion of the casino. Outside of high-limit, players should expect to pay for drinks in the casino.

What is the room type for the comp?
Traditional rooms are given to comp players. During check-in, guests have ability to upgrade in which they'd be responsible for paying.
OpenAre comped rooms responsible for paying resort fees or any other taxes/fees?
There are no resort fees charged on comped rooms.
Additional nights can be reserved at a casino rate of $199 per night + a $39 resort fee per night.
- Additional fees at the property may include:
- A historic preservation tax of 6.5%
- A 20% service charge on food and beverage purchases + a 6% sales tax
