Roaches! Big German cockroaches are here. Everything was fine up until the last day. Food is mediocre, rooms are average, staff was very friendly but u killed 3 huge roaches and got over 20 mosquitoes bites in less than 24hrs. The mosquitoes are bad inside the room too! Ps they will also invite you to a welcome gift which is there opportunity to sell you on future vacation packages similar to a time share. Overall it was a feat experience also wasn’t horrible either but next time I think I’ll book st the Grand Palladium.

Great getaway for kids and adults. Good food options. Enclosed kids play area & kids club close to the beach. Main Pool is close to the beach as well as another that is closer to the Lobby. They had a bubble party where they blew bubbles into the pool to create a huge bubble bath with 1' think foam! Beach Volleyball was always fun. This is a large resort and there is a wildlife area in the middle where you can see and feed many of the animals. We saw peacocks, flamingos, ducks, turtles, iguanas and many other animals. There is a tram that will take you back and forth between the lobby and the Beach or you can get your walks in.
