The restaurant is a relatively new addition to quite an old family winery - with a nice modern building that has an excellent view over the vines. The menu is pretty small, but we're told it changes almost weekly as the restaurant grows most of the produce on the organic farm.
Food was delicious-menu pricing seems on average with the local area - $15 entrees, $25 mains, $15 desserts.
The wine list is clearly the main attraction here - with all of their wines by the glass, a lot of back vintages and even some house brewed beer & cider.
Worth a visit, especially if you're into organic food & wine.

Dissapointing!
Frankly it was embarrassing to take our interstate guests here to showcase Canberra district wines. Sue at the Cellar Door made Basil Fawlty look polite and competent, she was rude to our guests, uninformative and a very poor advertisement for the local wine industry. Staff in the restaurant in contrast were polite and friendly, although the service was quite slow despite being very quiet. The food was a little overpriced for the quality, strongly recommend giving it a miss. The main saving grace is a nice facility in a lovely setting.
