It is a nice place to stay yet I cannot say it has the comfort of five star. It is very crowded compared to the facilities it offers, so I could not fully relax. The restaurant is very crowded there is always a cue in the entrance, that you need to wait for a table. This cue also exists on coffee machines during breakfast. In the pool and the beach, you need to wake up early and act fast to find a sunbed. The room service is good, restaurant workers are warm and friendly yet the people in the reception desk were not as friendly as they should according to a five star hotel. You also need to pay for the sunbeds to use in the beach which was suprising. Overall, I found it an overpriced hotel compared to the facilities it offers, which cannot be more than the standards of a 4-star.

Please be very cautious about charging anything to your room, rather pay cash upfront at all times. This was our second trip to this hotel and on the first trip we landed up paying almost double on checkout. We decided to settle any extras on a daily basis this time so no nasty surprises on checkout. Well guess what, we have just checked out and have landed up paying almost double again even though I proved a payment on my bank account. Will never ever come here again. Definitely not a 5 star hotel with no 5 star service, don't waste your time.

The noise from the reception bar is awfull until midnight. The volume of music is very disturbing late in night. That's why you must avoid this hotel.
