Bora Bora

It's more than a meal, it's an experience. Truly unique. The drinks are really good, lots of rum! The food is good. The show is a lot of fun (a little cheesy). Mostly very talented dancers. But it's the last couple dances are really entertaining and impressive. Make sure you walk through the garden in the back after dinner. Groups of 4-6 are the easiest to sit right up front center. These guys have been around forever, so they must be doing something right. Reservations are nearly mandatory because they are always busy. You have to visit Mai-Kai at least once!

I think the food was a bit overpriced for the quality, but you're paying for the show and ambience. The show was fantastic, and the drinks were also great. Server was hilarious and really made our night that much better. I was there for my birthday dinner with a group of 8 people. The restaurant was beautifully decorated. Would recommend!

Wonderful staff, food, ambiance, and show. It's not cheap, but it's well worth it. After the show and dinner my family and I walked through the garden. Felt like we were in a different world! Would never know that there is a busy road right out side. They did a marvelous job creating a little getaway.

We went there on a Saturday. It was our anniversary. They open at 4:30pm and from that time until 7pm it's happy hour at the bar (only at the bar) off price for drink. Our server was nice. We drink at the bar until our reservation at 5pm for dinner. We took our drinks with us to dinner. After dinner we watch the Show, great show we enjoyed it. Especially the part where the guys were hold the fire wood dancing. We had fun, and the food was good. Great service!!

Very cool restaurant to celebrate a special occasion. My girlfriend and I just celebrated our 2 year anniversary here. Some people might complain about price, but seriously, you are getting not just a meal, but in-house entertainment. So where can you go for a nice atmospheric restaurant, where the food is delicious and then have to drive to a show for the same price? Does not exist. This place is awesome and will be back!

Nice atmosphere. Affordable drinks and live music at the bar. Lovely garden outback to add to the theme. Nice for a first date but no show tickets tho. Valet is three bucks not sure if they charge for self parking. Severs were cool. Will go again.

Bora Bora

Initial walk in it was dark!! There was lamp everywhere but dim lamps.. Then they will give you a menu with $47 per person it includes appetizer, entree and desert. Food was island flavor and a bit pricy but the show was great!! A breath of fresh air, they have a "tour guide" that takes you to different islands and dancers that shows that cultures. All in all it was amazing! That $47 is definitely worth it!

The food is amazing, we got the Peking Duck. Highly recommend. The drinks are superb. The grounds are beautiful if you come you must take in the show and walk the grounds. They roast the duck in h the ovens which are visible to the guests. Make sure you have reservations it's a busy pace. I saw several people get turned away for not having a reservation. The staff is nice and helpful but I recommend reading they menu before you get there as they have a large drink menu.

The Mai-Kai Restaurant is a great place to get authentic Polynesian entertainment with great hula and Tahitian dancing and music. The food is not very authentic or tasty. The service is very professional and friendly. The drinks are tasty, exotic and well made. Happy hour at the bar is excellent and exceptional. The bar has a HMS Bounty atmosphere and live music at times. Thanks for reading my review. A thumbs up would increase my google rating. Enjoy the Mai Kai Restaurant.
