This place is disgusting. I stayed here in May and the room had bed bugs, several of which bit up my entire body. I complained and spoke with HR and was told that Cynthia, or Cindy, or whatever her name is would return my call and to keep my receipt for my clothes that I had to put into dry cleaning and never received a call back. I'm tired of calling you all because you already know that the problem is. The room was 2556 and you need to do something about this. i would hate to post the pictures online, causing you to lose business, but this hotel is atrocious!

Casino was okay. Not great but okay. The machines were not paying anyone but I never expect them to regardless of where I go. The woman who checked us in to the hotel was very nice. One young lady at the breakfast grill was nice and made us a good breakfast. That is two pleasant people out of everyone that worked there. Everyone else made it very clear they did not want to talk to us. The hotel situation was not good at all. Make sure you know where your room will be located before making a reservation. We had to walk through a smaller casino, down a hallway, out the door, down the sidewalk and into another building to get to our room and the closest place to park to load and un-load was NOT close at all! The room was not well kept. The carpet was worn and dirty with multiple stains and there was actually cigarette smoke (yellow goop) running down the wall in the bathroom. It was not an enjoyable experience for us. We will not return and I do not recommend staying here.

Great casino! Machines actually pay off. Can gamble here for hours and always have a good time. Place is big, clean and well layed out so there's enough space to walk and gamble without stepping on people. Have good deals for new members and even better for regular players. Offers buffet.

I've often overlooked this casino on the way to Tunica but I gave it a chance and I was pleasantly surprised. The casino was spacious and clean. The staff always greeted me as I walked by and were willing to help if I needed it. I ended up trying their buffet and it was really really good. I'll definitely be stopping by again.

The rewards staff is rude and the waitresses only tend to men and pick up numbers. No one welcomes you and theyale you feel like it's your choice to be there. The food part is ridiculous....All of them makes you wait Atleast 20-25 minutes to order.

I was here April 14 on a bus trip some of the staff have the worst attitude but the ones at the snack bar have the worst one of all we were given meal tickets and was told we could not use them it's a case of non communication between staff this use to be a good place to come to I still have my meal ticket but I will never come again employees need a class on how to treat guest when they come and I don't mean all the staff especially in the snack bar there attitude is so nasty. I hope you send them to some much needed classes.Thank u 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏.

Good sea food buffet and that's it. Hotels get a minus 5 stars! Worst ever ... Don't try to strike it rich in the casino here, you'll go broke.

Casino was nice and clean but beverage service for players sitting at slot games was slow. Even though I was sitting for awhile at the games I played, not once did a server approach and offer anything to drink. There were no coffee machines. Was told you have to get it from bar, however, there was no one behind the bar until a lady finally came and I received coffee. Games were not giving much either. Did see one person with a nice hit but he had to wait for some time to collect. May visit it again.

If it wasn't the only place my retired parents could escape to for their little piece of enjoyment and the sweet staff that are so attentive to them, I would give this casino only one star. They will drain you of every cent so pre-plan the amount you plan to donate. Fried chicken on the buffet is to die for. Speaking of dying, bring a mask for the lack of air cleaners due to all of the cigarette smoke. That's all the nice things I can think to say about them.
