The Service: Our server is very sweet. However, hard to track her down. Only 1 server at the bar area. New England Lobster Roll - GOOD!!! Crispy at the bottom, creamy on the top. Beef Tartare - weird texture, didn't really like it King Crab Louie - soso, taste like devil egg Seared Scallop - Tasty scallop but wish there is one more piece Valrhona Chocolate Custard - creamy chocolate... yumm! White Chocolate Bread Pudding - THE BEST!

Lousy seating at first and hostess grumbled when asked to move to a larger table. Ordered steak and lobster for $85. Lobster about the size of a crayfish. Got more steak in my omelet at the Bellagio. Pompous and way over rated and over priced. Dinner for my honey and me was $239.79. Wouldn't doubt if many of the positive reviews were fabricated by employees. Curious how they have 139 reviews but only six in the past year and a half. Math says this place has been around for 30 years! Obviously a lot of bogus reviews from when they first opened a few years ago.

Its definitely not on the bargain list. However the food is quite good. with some delicious choices that offer a slightly different take on traditional meals. I had the fish and chips which was lightly fried with well developed fingerlings. The wine choices were excellent and the decor was nice.

I understand it's "American fish." so, don't expect any modern Japanese dish. food is good but more what got four stars is service. our server (I think she is from San Paulo) , she is great. she is worth for an expensive dinner.

The food was good, though I'm not much a fan of the ala carte menus. My husband's steak was not cooked to order, and the restaurant staff promptly fixed it, bringing him more sides. If you are looking for a fancy dining experience, you'll enjoy this place.

I came here with a large group during a bachelorette celebration. They set up a Prix fixe 3-course menu for us because of this. The food was fantastic, and I absolutely loved the contemporary decor. The shrimp and grits for my first course was rich and creamy. The main dishes were mainly just the protein but they served sides of truffle mac and cheese on the side to share. The disappointing thing was the service. We were short a first course when everything was brought out and we waited 45 minutes for our dessert. It was a bit shocking for a place that should be high caliber, but I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt that it was a one-off situation.

Oh my god, the food here amongst many other Vegas expensive restaurants was soooo good. My husband got the Filet Mignon and I got the Scallops. Amazing high quality food that is cooked to perfection. These people really know what sauces and vegetables matches up with certain meats. I also got the Truffle Macaroni and Cheese. Best macaroni and cheese ever. So creamy and the truffle sauce made it so decadent. I would definetly go again, it's pricey but worth it. For me and my husband alone we spent $150.
