After having a good but expensive dinner at the buffet we discovered the "Diner" which would have suited our tastes and budget better. We also found out that Rewards Club members get discounts after we ate. Good food. Good service. Many choices. Sign up for the Rewards Club before you eat.

Nice clean casino. Everyone who works there is very nice. I would like to see less slot machines that have little square boxes with cartoon figures. Would like to see more updated slots with 777's and updated slots with Triple and Double Diamonds. They have too many old slot machines. Need more updates machines of the older version. The last two times I was there it was really hard to find something I liked to play and didn't pay off well. But as the old saying goes, "it's a gamble", playing slots.

Great place to hang out and play. Also their food is pretty good. I recommend the buffet for anyone visiting here. Great prices don't go on the weekends their always packed with either people who are eating or playing games. All in all a great getaway place.

It was my 1st time playing in a casino and let me tell you that it was the best experience ever. The atmosphere is great and the employees very nice and friendly. I also watched other players play and I notice that people were having lots of fun and having a good time. I highly recommend this casino.

Having visited the other two closely Casinos Chuckchansi is by far the best. Current machines are popular and offer a fair give and take experience making for an exciting visit. Hotel call list doesn't respond well when rooms are scheduled to be filled on weekends. More coffee water service to machines will keep people at machines longer. Need more people on the weekend at the club and cashiers cage. Great experience!!

Went for dinner buffet and celebrated my eldest son's birthday. Delicious food with Lots of choices! All employees very friendly and helpful, especially our hostess Maria! The little ones had fun in the arcade and, my eldest came away as a slot machine winner. Would definitely go again!

Beautiful casino. Smaller than others I've visited. The employees are friendly and nice. The Japanese restaurant has delicious pho. Parking during the week is not too bad.

We're about 3hrs away and when we do decide to splurge a little at the casino, we come here. Great atmosphere, new slot machines every time we come and their club member giveaways and benefits are always good. We're always surprised that every time we come back there's E-cash that has been given into our account from our last visit. When we get hungry there's a number of restaurants to choose from. We always enjoy the buffet which has so many variety of foods. When we want to eat lite, we head towards the Asian noodle bar. Our go to meal is their Pho or sushi. Excellent establishment for us. We always leave there happy either with empty pockets, or a little extra from the winnings. Looking forward to our next visit.

Disappointed. Roughly 70% of the Slot machines are OLD and OUTDATED. Asked a few workers at the casinos what was going on. Some workers tended to agree and apologized. Casinos in CA work hard to gain visitors. Slots are a top money maker for their business and the experience should be fun, fresh and appealing to the senses. Also, a great number slot machines were 'Out of Order' ...and the volume was purposely set on low, so no one can hear a thing. Customer service on the floor needs to improve. Not the best experience.
