Service was great...but the food was poor. Had to send back an appetizer because it wasn't really edible. Just for reference.... I almost never send food back. I'd just stay away.

Used to love the veggie zitti , but like the hard Rock it's self , it is no more. The menu is way different. The hard Rock is now a virgin hotel, they do not have the gaming license, so they are leasing it from hard Rock ... It may look like hard Rock as you enter but the whole vibe of the place, the employees, the energy in the air ...everything that made it so good before, for so many years is gone...

Very spacious 24/7 restaurant with a great view of the casino floor. Friendly staff greet and seat you to a area of your preference. Waiters continuously made sure our drinks were always topped off. Full menu was available at 3am. Burgers and salmon are two entrees I stand by as a suggestion. Deserts are hugely proportioned and full of sugar. They NO longer offer the $7.77 surf and turf deal so be prepared... The property is currently owned by Virgin and will be going through a slow transition of procedures and policies.

Lucky indeed! Tasty food, great service, exceptional value equals one of the best under-rated casino cafe restaurants in Las Vegas! A secret menu (Steak and Shrimp dinner $7.77 still going strong) for Backstage E Pass members only can't be beat! Highly recommend!

Great diner food with a decent selection. Cool punk rock memorabilia adorn the walls. Service was a tad slow though. Had breakfast and lunch there and both dishes were good renditions of staple diner items.

This was the only place in the casino that would accept our points for food that night. The waiter took forever to get us drinks then 1 minute later someone else came by to take our drink order. The menu was VERY limited. They usually have extensive choices. If they are open 24/7 they should have a better menu. I am a vegetarian and their was nothing at all for me to eat. I asked the waitress what she suggested and she just told me to build a burger with no meat but charged me the same price. Our friends got hot wings and they came with bare. It took 10 minutes for someone to check back and get them so sauce.

We got married in Vegas last year (late review) and had dinner with our family and friends at Mr. Lucky's. This place was great! The food was excellent - huge portions; and the service was wonderful. We had one server for our group of 20, and he got all orders right and he was quick with additional requests and drink refills. Highly recommend and can't wait to visit again!

$54 for two people plus tip. Food was badly warm. Slow male waitresses. They need some speedy young waitresses. Its always crowded so hire FAST STAFF. It was only 10am when I got there. Line is ok but make the food got please.
