Nice place. The security, while understandable, is just too much; you feel like you’re being watched constantly. The staff are friendly, the food court has cheap eating options but the food is really close to being subpar. The restaurants are great, the options are seemingly unending! Lots of shoppes and things to do besides the casino and pool. The casino, while smoker friendly, isn’t a smoke pit, either. The pools are very nice - only 3.5 feet deep. There is a phenomenal lazy river that is a must!! I give 2 stars because the security treats you like a criminal and the inner tube rentals are $40 minimum. That’s just too much.

MGM Grand is centrally located. We arrived only to find a long line of guests registering. The photos submitted were taken while we waited on line for registering and room assignment. The MGM Grand rooms are ample, clean, offering great service. The hotel had several night shows, and we selected to attend one. The room service was superb, as we chose to have breakfast delivered to our room. The pool is amazing. Highly recommend.

Everything was great from the airport to the hotel. After waiting a bit we were able to check in. We reserved a room with a King bed several weeks prior but was only offered a room with two queens . The desk clerk was a bit rude and made us feel not very welcomed . I had no problem paying a little more for an upgraded room with a King bed but this was all they had available (I was told ). We try and save a little for gambling and shows so we did not book a suite (shouldn't have to). Upon entering our room we were hit with a dank musty smell (that never went away). The smell was from excessive mold in the bathroom (black mold all the way around the tub and green mold in the grout), no exhaust fans or ventilation and a extremely dirty and stained carpet. The carpet made my white socks black. Beds were clean with the exception of some blood stains on a pillow case. This was our anniversary and was pretty uncomfortable in a queen bed together. I could have dealt with all that without complaining too much. DEAL BREAKER : NO HOT OR EVEN WARM WATER FOR THREE NIGHTS AND WAS TOLD NO OTHER ROOMS AVAILABLE. NO AMENITIES LIKE SMALL FRIDGE TO PUT WATER IN OR EVEN A COFFEE MAKER . FEES AND CHARGES FOR EVERYTHING EVEN AFTER SPENDING A LOT OF $$ GAMBLING. NO DRINK OFFERING WHEN PLAYING SLOTS. ONLY A FEW OLDER SLOT MACHINES THAT LET YOU PLAY FOR A LITTLE. TWO DRINKS $50 AT THE POOL , SAME AT THE LOSER'S BAR AND $70 AT THE AVENUE CAFE FOR TWO 2 SCRAMBLED EGG BASIC BREAKFAST THAT WAS HORRIBLE and TOOK AN HOUR AND A HALF?? WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANY OF MY FRIENDS NOR WILL WE BE BACK.

Gorgeous and awe-inspiring! Beautiful, amazing hotel directly on the strip and very close to the airport. Would have stayed here our whole stay if we could have. They also have a monorail that starts here and rides down the strip. Rooms were large and comfortable. Casino and shops are close and accessible. Room service was delicious. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed in a stay well room which was clean and renovated. Air purifiers was great and slept like a baby on the mattresses. The vitamin C shower didn't seem much different but I didn't get sick while there so maybe it worked. Casino is great and restaurant selection is solid. Always thought it was a little ugly from the outside but great experience inside.

Beautiful and amazing! Very very Grand. The name definitely fits. We stayed here for 4 nights last week and everything was incredible! It was my husband's birthday and our anniversary so they upgraded us to a bigger room with over 200 more square feet in it. Also she worked with me on the security deposit. I asked her to turn off and Emma tees and she only charged me $204. Positive instead of the normal 400. I had called ahead and spoken to two very rude people before checking in. But the gal that I spoke with to check me in her name is Leilani she was amazing! A bit of advice is just down the road at Ellis Island they have amazing breakfast and lunch specials! We got chicken and waffles which was amazing I think it was like $6.99? They also have a steak and eggs option which was glorious! And I would say that also was $6.99.

We stayed in a West Wing King room. The room was very nice looking and clean. However, it was really lacking in privacy and quiet. We could hear everything in the hallway, even just people walking by quietly. Conversations of people in the hallway could be heard at full volume. The bathroom door was thin and had large gaps so it was not private and we could easily hear each other's bathroom activities. There was no mini fridge or microwave. Coffee was far away and there was always a long line, which was not good for us since we like to drink coffee first thing in the morning. The view was of an alley where people occasionally walked right by our window since we were on the first floor. I would not stay here again.

Had a very nice time. Front desk was extremely helpful and welcoming. We stayed in a Grand King Room that had a nice view of NY NY and the other Big Resorts to the left. The room was clean and we had no problems at all. We tried the buffet for brunch and we liked it so much we went back the next day. The pools were nice. One seemed heated and the other we tried not too bad. My only complaint on this trip was that the lazy river was closed for repair. My wife and I hit on quite a few slot machines. A great time indeed!!!!

Great location, easy access to and from the airport. Great selection of food without having to leave the hotel. Rooms were clean and well looked after. Didn't talk to a lot of staff, but the few I did were friendly and helpful. Air quality was a little stinky but it was 4/20 and everyone seemed to either be smoking cigarettes or marijuana. I would definitely go back.

MGM Grand Hotel has great experience for Las Vegas travellers when they host interesting event, night clubs, and casino. Mostly, people visit the casino here and they receive voucher to stay at hotel. You can register M-life member card to enjoy benefit. There are some popular night clubs here which tourist can enjoy dancing and music until nearly morning. If you travel with couples or family, you can enjoy at swimming pool. There are several swimming pools at MGM Grand and there are some music event at swimming pool which attract lots of tourist. Stay calm in casino. People who under 18 are not allowed to sit at casino area but they can go through it. Rooms are spacious but the room service is not so great for 5-star hotel. They might focus on casino business
