As a tourist to Palm Springs, was so excited to see this diner. Heard great things about the food, milkshakes and feel of being in an old school diner. The Milkshakes and feel of a diner lived up to what I heard about and was enjoyable. The food was delicious but nothing spectacular. Overall, fun experience.

It was good! It's a little pricey but you get a lot of food for the price too. My family all seemed satisfied and full bellies when we left. We were just passing through on the freeway and I would recommend this place if your hungry . Service was quick and friendly restaurant was clean .

Service great and the food was great. Why they allow dogs inside the restaurant it's beyond me. Dog pupped in front of us while we were eating not very good experience. I'm giving a 3 star for that reason.

This place was saved by it's awesome shakes. Otherwise, not impressed. I ordered a grilled cheese with chili- my cheese was not melted all the way, still cold in the middle and the chili was watery n tepid. I didn't think u could mess up grilled cheese. My husband ordered a chicken sandwich, which was good but very greasy. His dinner salad was wilted n yellow- he couldn't even eat it. I ordered a shake WITH my meal but I didn't get it till we were almost done eating. No utensils till we grabbed someone and asked for some and our server was difficult to locate most of the time. They were only half full, so I don't see the reason for the delay.

Pros- Great service, attentive staff. Nice style. Cons- The burger I received was so red inside that it was unsafe. I felt terrible because I don't like to send back food, but there was little choice. Also please refine the recipe for the Cobb Burger. Blue cheese is unique in that is has a rather strong flavor. I recommend moderating that by limiting how much you use. Otherwise is overwhelms the meal.

Ruby's Diner is the place to eat before or after your shopping at the outlet mall. It has a lot of tables and open seating is locating at their bar area. The restaurant is ADA accessible, with many table seating options. Service was fast and the facility was clean during my last visit. When shopping this outlet mall you have very limited restaurant options, but tasty food and with friendly service is available near by at this Ruby's Diner.

Let me first start by saying perfect services. The minute my family walked in the door a staff member greeted us. We had a table soon. While we were being seated were told about good deals about the outlets giving us the inside scoop. We had a perfect waiter. Herbert was friendly, kind, very attentive, well knowledgeable about menu, prompt, tidy, smiled, followed up, and the best waiter we had in long time! Furthermore, the manager even said hi and asked how we were. Manger even poured us coffee . JUST PERFECT 10 ON TASTE, AND SERVICE! We will be back!
