One of my favorite casino. Very clean. And everyone who works there are very nice and very helpful! Live music on Friday and Saturday nights. A couple of great restaurant's and they also have concert's plus let's not forget the race track on the weekends which is so awesome.

Went to Oliveto for dinner last Evening. We arrived at 5:10 PM to allow enough time to have a meal before our concert. Instead, we waited 1 hr. & never even got an appetizer or salad. In the meantime, tables that came in after us, we're served. Our Server said the kitchen received lots of orders at once. We we're there when only a few tables were filled. So our order should have been in ahead of the rush. This is truly the worst service at any restaurant I've ever experienced. We ended up leaving without dinner because we were going to the concert. There is no excuse for this type of poor service. I cannot recommend this restaurant at all. Who knows if the food is good, we never got any to taste.

I have been going to Parx for a couple of years now and it is one of the best casinos to go to. Unlike the casinos in Atlantic City, there is no congestion from other establishments competing for your attention. It is like going to a college campus that is secluded from the surrounding town. The staff is very polite and helpful. I have never had to complain about any lack of service or attitude from the staff. I brought my father to Parx for Father's Day to make a day of it and he was helped by one of the dealers who saw that my father was trying to understand the game that the dealer hosting. The dealer was polite and patient with him attempting to explain criss cross poker to him. Great service. Many games for everyone and now a new poker room. Also, good food like Chickie & Pete's and Foodies. I recommend you give it a chance if you're in the area.

I am vehemently disgusted. This casino needs to be investigated for fraud. I was cheated at a No Limit Hold 'em tournament at this casino. I am an expert in game theory and reading poker tells. I have read and studied Ed Miller's Pokers 1%. I am a strategist. There is some real shady business going on with these tournaments and hand signaling amongst planted players. Beware of Parx casino. - FLG661 is my poker tournament ID. The management staff better fix this. You know who you are and you know what tournament I am referring to.

Very nice place. Been here twice now. 1st time I lost 200 this time I won 200. I'm not much of a gambler but it was definitely fun. The Chickie n Pete's place we went to was good too. I'll write a review on that one. I didn't take any pics due to it being a casino and didn't want to end up on the news but it's a great place. Very welcoming. The staff was friendly the waitresses where nice as well. The bathroom was clean could a used a air freshener but it was clean. Not really much to say but...."Come on down and get your fill on some classic and new casino games"

Best concerts around. Love that they hire a lot of local bands. We saw Big Whiskey Band in the 360 lounge. They were excellent. Can't wait to see them again.

Always have a good time at Parx! Last two times was just there for the food, drink and entertainment (Split Decision at 360). Staff at the bar are friendly, fast and accommodating. Good dance floor and the band is always awesome! Chickie's and Pete's, not so much. Slow, unenthusiastic service. They need more attentive staff (and more of them).

I really liked this place, however, it is not handicap friendly. I visited on the 1st Friday in August and this was my 1st time here. The parking for those with walkers is very limited and they charge handicapped patrons the same price for valet parking. This is terrible. You have limited parking and then offer NO discount for the handicapped people that HAVE TO valet. I was very disappointed in this matter. I also have a problem with the main doors. They are nice but heavy and offer no handicapped entrance or button at the valet drop off or pick up. How is this possible. This issues left me not enjoying this place. However, if you have not health issues and can walk far distances you will enjoy yourself. The drink service was prompt and I gave a nice tip so she always checked in on us. Overall we enjoyed it but not sure we will return because of the issues with parking and valet.

Poker room is here- otherwise two stars. Ventilation is barely tolerable for nonsmokers- otherwise 4 stars. Can win 50x bet randomly, but many different machines have not returned two of my bets within placing 6 consecutive bets. I'd like to quit slots, so here is my latest favorite for you to have "Under The Sea". The floor/door security are approachable, respectful, understanding, & vigilant.

The low rating is for the Xcite Theater. Went to see Dane Cook. It was my first visit. I ordered ticket with will-call pick up. Why? Because you can't purchase a ticket online if your billing address is a P.O. Box! The pick up area looks to be an afterthought. There was 1 man being serviced and I was next. There was a man behind the desk standing, a woman on the phone and another woman sitting in front of me doodling on a paper. And I continued to stand until another man came out and asked what I needed. Told him I came to pick up a ticket I ordered. He said the doodler would help me so she finally lifted her head. NOT THE SERVICE ONE IS USED TO IN A CASINO. She asked for id, looked on the computer and then asked for players card. I didn't know why. She handed it to the first man telling me she doesn't do that. Do what? The man asks who my host was? Had no idea what he was talking about. He told me I had no comp ticket. I never said that I did. Nobody asked me that question. A total lack of listening skills, customer service or patron respect since no one even apologized for my needless10 minute wait. They've been open long enough to be better. They need to get it together. Dampened my initial enjoyment of the show.
