The servers at Pepe's are very polite cannot say enough for them .. the pizzas at Pepe's are delicious I myself like a pizza that's not dripping with oil and not floppy .. they serve a sweet tea that I just cannot get enough up I recommend trying this place

Awful...Ive been eating Pepes for 50+ years, it was so delicious (new haven) we would wait in freezing snowy weather over an hour at times! Let me tell you Frank Pepe would be ashamed of the disgusting pizzas i took home. What is going on, someone has dropped the ball here. This Italian knows Pizza, try a different Pepes sometimes Manchester is good.

Great pizza! It's not the best I've had in America, but it's really good. However, the tourists here complaining about 'burnt' crust are pathetic. That's how it's supposed to be!!!! Maybe you should stick with your soft and chewy Papa Johns.

Really not sure what the hype about this place is but the pizza is burnt and bland. Menu is not much thought they would have more to offer and be prepared to pay extra for any and every topping you want. I had the shrimp/bacon pizza, the shrimp had a very odd taste to it, they were cheap with the toppings/sauce, everything was falling off, crust was paper thin... it was just awful to say the least. Everyone in my party of four just decided to skip this one next time, lesson learned.

This pizza place never disappoints. This was my third trip at the place and every trip was worth it. This time it was special as I came with my wife and my relatives. We ordered Onion, Pepper and hot pepper medium sized pizza. The pizza was HUGE. The crust was crispy and it was well cooked. If you are visiting the casino, I will highly recommend this place to try. Worth every penny!!!

Worst experience ever at a Frank Pepes. When we showed our server the pizza was overcooked she grabbed the picture of their flyer on table and said thats how its cooked. She was beyond rude. The pizza was so hard you could break a tooth. Even the sausage and pepperoni so overcooked it was dry. They didnt care.

the pizza is really greasy, but the prices are good. sometimes they burn the crust. it seems very hit or miss, and they've got my order wrong a lot, and have gave me so many free pizzas i can't possibly give them lower than a three star lol.

Pizza was delicious but service was really bad. 45 minutes to get food which the server described as a "printer problem " then another server gave us boxes which were way too small for our leftovers and watched us struggle with them. She then totally pounced on the check as soon as the card hit the table without at all helping box the pizza. I don't know if the food is worth the hassle.

I tried the famous clam pizza on two different occasions and also tried bacon and pepperoni. It was ok. The pizza isn’t as flavorful as I had hoped and the crust was a little too far on the burnt side. They have “best pizza in America” all over their menus which is incredibly misleading because it definitely isn’t even close. I think they just put it there to justify the $30 price tag.
