As recommended by my concierge, I chose this restaurant for my girlfriends birthday. Extremely disappointed. Not only was the waiter extremely disorganized, we did not get service for over 20 minutes. Waiter was extremely unprofessional and lacked customer service. The wrong dish was brought out and as the server was about to set it on my table another waiter came over and they began to argue over the dish... this is all in front of my table after horrible customer service from the waiter. With a bill of $288.75 I expected to be blown away. The food was cold, service was horrible. I read reviews about superb service this is not what we expected of Smith and Wollensky

Amazing views, especially at sunset. If you want to sit outside prepare to have patients as the wait can be a little long. But you can always grab a drink and sit on the seawall which is nice. Great spot to come casual and hang out watch the sunset or to have a formal night out. Food is pretty good too. I don't eat meat, so I can't attest for that but scallops, mac and cheese...I don't remember what else we got but those were pretty delicious.

A very convenient place for lunch or just a drink! Pleasant atmosphere, friendly service, and a great place! After deducting the star - because the cocktail is not as good as every day - I ordered the whiskey to crush - the cocktail tastes great - I thought: "Wow, great cocktail!" Three days later another bar owner made the same cocktail. The taste is completely different - I do not like it anymore! But other than that, everything is very good! :) P

The staff is nice and professional, the food is delicious, the place is big enough for big parties. They have inside and outside tables, the view is beautiful.They have full bar, and the drinks are really good. Prices are expensive, but is worth it. Pet and kids friendly. The only thing I didn't like was the way that the woman who receive customer in the front door. This lady was rude to me when I asked her for a different table, otherwise this restaurant is magnificent.

Myself and my husband were on honeymoon in 2005 and we were advised to visit your restaurant.. best advice ever! We had a fabulous night! Delicious food and fantastic service and after our meal we sat outside at the bar and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves in the company of Joe the Irish barman! Being from Ireland ourselves we thought Joe was a fantastic representation of everything Irish! We still talk of our evening at Smith & Wollensky and the beautiful Cuban people we met at the bar! We hope to revisit your outstanding establishment in the near future! Ema Dunne, Dublin, Ireland.
