We take my grandma on outings here. She enjoys her slots time and this time she left with 40% increase from her investment. 140 from 100. Where we, my husband and I, didn't win. We still had a good time. Stopped by the Hard Rock restaurant. Food was pricey but good, frsh and fast. Some of the best grilled salmon I have had probably ever. My husband had ribs. We definitely will be going again.

This is the third largest casino in the world. It is taken care of like a Vegas strip building as well. Very high-end look with a blend of rock and roll. Great restaurants throughout the complex and a new hotel being built right now as we speak. Plenty of parking as there are four (free)parking garages. The only downside is it would be nice if they had an actual bar area separate from the gaming. There's not much to do but eat and play but I guess that's the point. They also have some amazing rock n roll memorabilia on display throughout the whole property. The new Poker Room is huge! I also used to work for this company and they are an outstanding employer who takes care of their employees and it shows. The staff is great.

So I came here for the day just to play slots and have some fun with my girlfriend. They have huge selection of slots and they even have a no smoking casino side that smells quite clean compared to the rest of the casino which if you dont like smoke can quite take your breathe away. Service was excellent and everybody was nice and happy. Overall great place to go for fun and drinks even stay at the hotel. Restaurants and bars on property as well. Oh side note, as I was walking out i put my last 5 bucks in a 5 dollar slot and won all my money back plus an extra 5 dollars :-)

Amazing place! Food is great, atmosphere is wonderful and I loved how there were live bands. Staff is also helpful and very understanding. We needed help finding a Smoke Free Casino due to someone in the party having respiratory issues and they guided us right to it. The only issue is that they seem to be very lax with their security. There were a handful of people that were still smoking in the smoke free casino! Our poor guy couldn't breathe, we couldn't escape the disgusting second hand smoke and had to go outside! If you have breathing problems, keep this in mind and try to stay away from the casino. The rest of the place (it's a huge building) is great! The line of the buffet can be hours long though if you're not an Elite member.

Wow! This place is amazing! We spent over an hour just walking around and looking at what there is to see. We didn't get there until 10pm and was able to have a late sit down dinner at the cafe. Everyone was so nice and our food was delicious! We were greeted anytime we were around any if the employees. I can't wait to come back again.. what a wonderful experience.

Only came for the buffet which is all I needed. Short lines, great food from around the world, made to order dishes, and quick service. My biggest tip is to sign up for the players club before you eat so that you get the discount to the buffet. Without it, you might find it to be too expensive. But it is still worth it. Sushi, steak, waffles, fish, eggs, and desserts from around the world. It’s all very tasty. Oh and bottomless mimosas.

Fun place to hangout. Service is always excellent! Rooms are clean and staff is pleasant. The casino areas are nice offering both non smoking and smoking. Shopping is going to be amazing once the construction is complete. Still a great place for fun times and interesting experiences.

The slot machines are too tight. You wait and wait and finally get into a bonus and win $2.50 after 10 free spins, not right. I was there for 7 hrs and lost $350. again. We drive. 75 miles to get there, $15 in tolls $25. In gas and what for, if I came home with half the money I went with I'd feel like a winner.

Great place to gamble, eat, drink, and meet people. Security was very helpful and they always make sure to take care of their guests. The hard rock knows how to welcome their guests and keep us coming back! If you're not interested in gambling, there's also great restaurants and live music on the weekends!

In general a good place to go for the casino and restaurant. They have changed so many policies lately though which is why I only gave three stars. To start with we used to get rewards all the time in the mail, free dinner, or free slot play or in general giveaways they have. They no longer sent anything like this, which was a great reason for me to drive all the way from Orlando. Also the Fresh Harvest Buffet is now a 90 minute dining time. If you go with a big party and everyone is chatting it's not long enough. We went with 4 of us and we left just at the 90 minute mark. Although from the reviews I have read if you stay after the 90 minutes you will be asked to leave, since hearing that I will not chose this location for anytime of future party or friendly gatherings that we feel we have to eat and be rushed. Hopefully they will see the bad reviews in general and think about changing the policies.

The food is amazing and the environment is great but I will not be returning because I feel like the machines payout is set to the lowest Payback that the casino can give. I come here with my wife regularly and spend probably more money than somebody should with bet Max always and never leave here with money I'm not a Gambler that will blow all of my money back if I win some the point is I feel like it is impossible to win more than what you come in with. I think from now on me and my wife would just enjoy a fancy restaurant meal been quite frankly just probably have a better time. I will not be returning. This is a great environment though just to pay out is not even good enough to return.

This place is growing out of control. There is a lot to do there and there's a lot of selection on the tables and slots. I am disappointed though I wanted to get $100 free 4 starting to play the tables for using $100 of my own money which I had seen advertised but it turned out that this is for new members only and I have been going to this place playing the slots but never have tried the tables yet. I had hoped it would help me get started playing Tables by giving me this incentive but apparently it's just a drawing new members only. I understand it's a business so this is purely to drawing fresh money I'm already going to the casino why give me any extra money.

Casino is solid. They opened up a new non smoking area for people who don't want to suffocate from the smoky air. Great selection of food and drinks. Some of the best sushi in town is upstairs at the sushi bar. Council oak is also one of the best steak spots in Florida. Good luck at the tables.

Not bad. Of course, because it's in the casino, the food is in the dead center of the building so you have to go past ALL of the bright and shiny things to get there. And OF COURSE your parking garage isn't clearly labeled anywhere so we got lost 3 times trying to find the right garage (thereby taking us through all the games and tables again). That said, the live music was very good and the food was alright. I ordered the BBQ Hickory burger, my fiance got the combo plate with pulled pork, and my friend got a regular burger. Honestly, you're going for the games, the paraphernalia, and the atmosphere. Food is meh, and definitely not worth what we paid, but we had a blast :)

A much better menu here than at Universal Studios! Staff friendly, but a bit slow on replenishing drinks. Good vibes, music and food. They had a two piece band at 5p and they were excellent. A fun place, good food, and not too pricey.

What can I add? A casino is a large building with lots of senior citizen types spending their retirement checks. Might as well just drive thru the parking lot and toss your money out the window. It's quicker and less walking is involved. I assure it will find it's way inside and reach the rightful owner. Good luck with that.

We ate at fresh harvest and the food was amazing! The crepes we're FANTASTIC! The milkshakes we're good too! Everything is super fresh and delicious. The smoke smell isn't strong either! The service is very accommodating and good! They make almost everything to order if you ask! Lobster is okay, not the best. The salmon is so good though. Great place overall!

The best games to play at Hard Rock are the card games. Plenty of tables (however I would like more low minimum bet tables). The slots suck. Too complicated, too many credits per max bet, 20 games per play, etc... I've never been a slots guy so that does not bother me. However, I would spend money on slots if they were simpler. Like it's hard to tell how close I was to a big payout when I have no idea what's going on. ALSO! The wheen spinning games are the coolest please add more 0.25$ wheel of Fortune machines. Also roulette is cool however old school tables are more interactive and fun. It feels like a slot Machine which is why I don't play it.

What a rip off. The machines do not pay at all. Save your money and don't go there. Beer is $4.75 a piece. No comps at all. Lost $900.00 in a matter of 2 hours. The slot machines have the worst payout out of any casino I have been too and I go to a lot. Stinks from the smoking. I will never step foot in those doors again.

I want to thank the two ladies in the red shirts who are slot machine attendants named Renee & Josephine. Two nights ago I lost $3,875 dollars on a $1.00 machine. Renee told me discretely that every single progressive machine is thoroughly fixed and that it is almost impossible to win anything major. Yesterday I took out an additional $4,000 and lost it all as well. I want to thank these ladies because I was walking back into the Hard Rock with an additional $2,500 today. The slot tech who works for the casino saw me in the garage (apparently she was leaving) and said and I quote 'since the Seminole Tribe has to pay a huge new tax to the state of Florida, they have tightened the machines to new levels of impossibilities.' She went on to say 'Ray, you seem like a nice older guy... save your money don't even bother coming in with your $2,500'... It speaks volumes when two full time employed slot attendants are genuine enough to warn me after seeing me lose almost $8,000 in two days that this casino in Tampa is absolutely one of the most corrupt, tightest casinos ever known to exist. Legally I could never prove this in court, however I looked into the eyes of Renee, she was so real about how crooked this casino truly is. They have a nice diverse staff, from slot techs to waitresses to dealers. However the casino is virtually impossible to win in. It truly is a money pit. Friends who are reading this... If you don't believe me seek out Renee (she's a tall red haired slot tech - about 45 years old) and Josephine is a rather large Latin lady. You couldn't miss her if you tried. They were so genuine when they came and walked by me for hours on end seeing me consistently losing. They genuinely felt bad. Be careful. Do not get caught in this trap. This casino truly is one of the biggest cons and thieves out there...

My brother and I had a great time at the hard rock Casino in Tampa. I can't believe that there are so many bad reviews on this place. I think you should keep an open mind and have a good time when you go out to a casino. We went up-and-down and played on the slots for a good seven hours with a few hundred dollars. We were not doing minimum bets and we were not playing .60 spins either. Go check it out and tip your waitress say go check it out and tip your waitress's.

Went Christmas day for dinner at the Hard Rock Cafe. The New York strip steak and sides were excellent. One of the best steaks I've had in a very long time. The red berry press cocktail was also excellent. Our waiter was pleasant and attentive. After dinner cocktails at the center bar were very good. The casino was packed to the brim. The center bar is a good spot to people watch. Did not gamble, so no comments on that. Overall, a very enjoyable time and excellent dinner.
