Love what Micheal Beck said in his review about them making fru fru sissy drinks for millennials 😂 Its true just stick to damn coffee and furthermore go to Rivertown or Turbo or Blank. Yeah or even Coldwater over in Tuscumbia or Alabama Bliss in Muscle Shoals. Yeah I’m sorry but I prefer the hometown coffee shops any day over Starbucks and when Woodpecker cafe was opened it was great especially since they sold Lyons Coffee right there.

LOVE COFFEE! Starbucks is my #1 stop for coffee. Sweet employees working and fast pace. Clean, order always right, and food is good to. I love Gavin a Starbucks in Florence.

Love my local Starbucks! Wifi is strong, and Store is always clean. Remade my coffee when I accidently let it get cold while on phone! The staff are always upbeat and positive!!!

The Florence, AL (Cox Creek) location is ALWAYS out of tea. As I type this, they are currently out of my top 4 favorite teas. A week ago, I ordered a peach tranquility tea online and left work on my break to pick it up. I get all the way to the store for them to tell me that they are out of peach tranquility. Today I ordered a tea with honey. Again, I left work on my break, went to the store to pick it up and they are out of honey. The manager wasn't apologetic at all. I told the cashier that every time I place an order online, there is a problem when I come to pick it up. He just handed me my drink.

Very nice lady Shelbybat window took our order and answered our questions about ingredients that were in new drinks offered on their new menu.Was a nice experiance.

Love Starbucks Frappuccino's just hate that they never have the new drinks in stock when it comes out. Have to wait forever to get to try the new drinks.

This Starbucks is easy to see from the road, great parking, provide drive through or din inn. They have a great range of coffee to choose from and my fav they have muffins! The staff here is always friendly and provide a fast service and they have knowledge of the menu. Each coffee is always fresh made to order. This location also have WiFi and seating great to study and relax.

Starbucks is my favorite coffee place ever! Every one I’ve ever been to has fixed my coffee perfect and with excellent customer service and the Florence store doesn’t disappoint! They are always fast, friendly, helpful, and make amazing coffee!
