Our room was not ready. Had to wait an additional 20 minutes. The bathwater was pee-colored. There was no microwave. Otherwise a very nice stay. The bed was plush. The towels were thick and soft. Room was clean and smelled good-not like a hotel room.

I love going to The Paragon!! Everyone is so nice, the atmosphere is awesome, the food is good (especially at Roxie's Diner)! I always have a great time there!!

Visited here for a conference. Room was clean, water was hot although pressure was a bit less than desirable it was acceptable. Conference area was well kept. We ate at the buffet and enjoyed the options, kitchen staff was friendly and the dining area was clean and staffed appropriately. I cannot comment on the gaming portion, as I did not make use of it.

It's always clean and fun to play at. Rooms are big and comfy. I always feel like I am taking a vacation and only 20 minutes away🤩 Machines could be a little looser, but what can you expect from a casino! With a great selection of machines, great hotel, game rooms, restaurants(many options), shops, golf course, indoor pool, outdoor pools, workout room, spa, several bars, and a movie theater; you could not go wrong. Very awesome amenities!

We came here for my Units Gala and we had a blast. The room was clean and staff welcoming. I would recommend the Paragon Casino for all your venue needs, a night on the town with your loved one or a get away for the family. All in all great job Paragon.

After I booked my overnight stay I read the comments. I was getting discouraged reading about how dirty the rooms, food not being good, etc. I was so delighted when I saw my room in the North Tower. It was excellent. Roxy's my food was awesome. Best cheese steak I had in a long time. Inside pool Awesome. Slots was good 😉. Staff was very polite. I heard they under new management .Overall stay was awesome. Planning on returning. Good job Paragon!

We had reservations for a class reunion at a local restaurant. (Pork bellys) lost our reservation, so our party of 25 decided to eat at the casino. The oyster bar sat us quickly with no hassle. The wait staff was polite, friendly & very helpful. The food was exceptional. All around, I give our restaurant experience a 5 star. The ice bar, however, is extremely over priced so we left for a nearby bar.

The Paragon is very entertaining even when you first walk in. When you first walk in, they have bridges with multiple pools of water, inside the pools they have turtles, alligators, and catfish all swimming around. I have been visiting the Paragon since I was a kid and watching them swum around is just as amazing as the first time I saw it. They have a section where kids can go off and play with the parents go and have fun. The food is really good.

Came here this weekend for the crab legs and Buffet. brought the kids it was no problem, food was okay, crab legs were decent. can't beat the price when bringing the family. And the kids quest is a good deal when you want to let the kids play while you play 8 bucks an hour per kid.

More like 3 1/2 stars..Nice place to take the kids. There's an arcade, kids quest, and movie theater. Kids Quest will keep the young ones for a fee, open till 2am. The inside pool is AWESOME! Overall satisfied with the entertainment, not so much with the rooms and room service. They were constantly out of towels. Cleanliness was sub par (North tower). South Tower is the hood of Paragon! Filthy halls Filthy rooms Filthy baths. And we got stuck in the elevator!

Stayed 2 nights. Never again. Room was hot and the bed was so uncomfortable I had a pinched nerve in my shoulder by the time we left and had to go to the doctor. Housekeeping was good. Buffet was decent. Lost $500.

Love Paragon! Payback good and plenty of bonuses on the slots. It makes it fun when you drive that far and can actually play for a while without going broke in the process. Maybe other casinos will get the idea. You have to give as well as take if you want people to come. The place was packed which i haven't seen in some time. Way to go Paragon!

They got my room wrong. I pre register for 2 beds and they gave me a king size bed and their was 4 of us to share one bed but the did give us a roll away bed but that still left 3 of us in one bed not good. Ask for extra blankets, towels and some ice (cause no ice on my floor) never came. But the food was good and the place was Beautiful❤

Went there for the first time to see Frank Foster the concert was incredible. Beautiful casino, our room was very nice. The restroom floors for the concert were very sticky, they had a fight break out later that night and I have to say the tribal police did an incredible job handling the situation, they do not play around. Two complaints are that I had the hardest time sleeping, I could hear everything from the halway! When walking to our room we could hear one room plain as day having sex, it was ridiculous! Thank goodness we had no kids with us. The walls seem to be extremely thin. Second is the service at one of the restaurants in the casino (it was kind of like a 60's vibe) was terrible. Took us an hour and a half to get in and out! Our drinks and food took forever and we could never catch our server.

Not very friendly staff. We just booked the hotel for June and the woman acted like we were pulling teeth. It wouldn't hurt for the staff to at least pretend to care once in a while. The casino is a little aged-- but fun and they have a variety of games. I feel like each time I find games that I like it is gone the next time we are there but overall the casino is fun.

I'm not much of a gambler but I find myself keep coming back to this place. I actually live about 2 hours away and bypass other casinos to get here. Plain and simply.... The food keeps me coming back. The all you can eat buffet is totally awesome and the prices are the best I've seen. This place is great if you want them host organization events as well. Keep up the good work and I will always come back.

Terrible front desk service! I didn't have my room available til almost 5pm and check in at 4pm. I came early to check in and the person after me got a room before me. Then my family came in later the night and got the same terrible service. We are a family of six and they only want to give me 4 bracelets for the indoor. How is that fair?!?! When I got into my room, the floors were sticky, no bathroom towels or face towels, and our bed sheets had holes in it. I called to switch rooms and they refused it saying they were booked. It was such a disappointed experience. Never again!
