Great vet! Dr Mike and Dr Sorenson have cared for my Chicago dogs for over 12 years. We make the drive for the great vets!

Great place! Everyone there is super nice, caring and knowledgeable. I've taken my dogs and cats there for years and have always had a great experience (even when it was for the hard times, they were there for me and it's much appreciated)

I had my first visit today with Dr. Mack and his staff. They were amazing with my puppy and showed genuine concern for her health and explained everything in detail to me. Thank you all for your compassion.

Great Staff. Sandy who seems to run the front desk was very helpful and prompt during an obviously stressful flux of pet parents. These ladies have their act together. Always a pleasure to look at the pet foods and accessories displayed neatly in their office lobby. Love the resident cats who do their part in the reception area and bring love to some of the patients. i have lived all over this country and NBAH is the cream of the crop.

The doctors and staff are always friendly, thoughtful, and compassionate with us and our fur babies. We have trusted them with the care of all of our pets for over 25 years. We highly recommend NB Animal Hospital for all of your pets' needs!

The staff, veterinarians, and groomers are top notch. We recently had to put our dog to sleep and they made the experience as tolerable as could be expected. I highly recommend this animal hospital to anyone that has a pet.

My dog recently passed away. I'm going to use this message board as a platform to personally thank all the quality people over at the New Buffalo Animal Hospital (and the PNW emergency clinic), for doing such a great job in not only answering my questions but comforting me during this time - especially Dr. Sorensen. If you have a new pet and you need a vet, or if you're unhappy where you are, I encourage you to consider the New Buffalo Animal Hospital. They are very reasonable priced and not that far away from Michigan City. The vet took 20 minutes out of his day to call me and speak about the issues my dog was facing.

They take good care of your animals and answer all of your question. They also have very reasonable prices!

Dr Sorensen and his crew are amazing. I saw two new docs the last two visits and they were wonderful as well. They don't over test or over prescribe because they do what's best for your pet. They have been carin lg for our pets starting with my great Dane 10+ years ago all the way thru today with our golden doodle. We drive there from the Northshore in Chicago and it is worth the trip. We also exclusively board here. Can't say enough good things about this place.

One thing I can say that speaks volumes, my dog isn't afraid to go in the door. They always take their time to answer any questions or concerns. I usually see Dr. Mack but all of the docs are knowledgeable and caring. They don't push a bunch of unnecessary tests or procedures, they really do care about the well being of your pet. Pretty good about fitting you in if you have an urgent need. Prices are reasonable. They also have great groomers that really enjoy what they do and love the dogs!
