Went for a casual lunch as a party of four. Access in and out of the parking lot is awkward. Parking was ample: there are specific spots for take-out pick-up and handicapped. We were promptly greeted at the door. Menu has ample choices from light fare to full meals, appetizers and an amazing salad bar. We ordered various burgers which were prepared perfectly.

We left feeling very full & satisfied! Salad bar is robust and always fresh, I love that the plates are even cold! I had the the pork chop and it melted in my mouth! The ribs also fell off the bone! One of our favorite places to dine in Shakopee! Always consistent! Ross the server was very attentive and made our dining experience wonderful!😊

Salad bar is always good. The food is mediocre at best. If there were other options for a good salad bar locally I probably wouldn't go back to this place ever.

Great food and a good price. I don't know why other restaurants had to close. Everyone was polite. The only thing I'd add is if the mixed drinks were a little stronger but what a deal for dinner. Plus the unlimited salad bar made it even better

The last Ruby Tuessays left in Minnesota, My steak was amazing and our Mai Ti's were fantastic. Our waitress was cute and friendly. We were so full after dinner that it was time to go home and take a nap. I am sad that our beloved Ruby Tuesdays is fading away. I hope this one stays open. It's a great location too.

Great service, friendly staff and delicious food. I have been a fan of Ruby Tuesday's, and this location did not let me down at all. Staff is always moving and working hard to keep the flow going and food arrives quickly. I've always enjoyed the delicious soup and great salad bar, and this location did not disappoint.

Everything was fantastic from start to finish! The food was phenomenal which ranged from steak to salmon to salad in baguettes! Highly recommend for relaxed and quiet dining.

Normally, we have very good service here. Today... Not so much. Our server was practically running front table to table and had tables on both sides of the restaurant. At one point I asked her if she was the only server and she says no, there were two others as well. I thought that was let for a Father's Day. My son and I both ordered steaks medium rare. They came and were definitely cooked to medium / medium well. We let it go because the flavor was very good on the steak, but the texture was not what I like and very different than a medium rare doneness. Overall the food was okay, but the servers attitude was less than pleasant. We gave them the benefit of the doing as the last few times we've been there we had zero issues and the food was great.

I hadn't been to this restaurant in quite some time. I thought why not try it again. Both of us ordered steak, one ribeye and one sirloin. Both were over cooked. The asparagus was a mixture of mush and chewy. Also the zucchini was mushy and the green beans we underdone. I don't think we will be back. I can make better food at home.

Ruby Tuesday's quality has gone down hill over the past decade. Their service is good, but the food was overpriced and not worth the cost.

Went there for lunch sat on a high top table and the server was rude. The table wasn't placed the greatest and someone passing ran into me.

Overtly salty, bad service, expensive. Probably the worst experience ever. We've sworn off this establishment moving forward.

We had an 89th birthday party for my dad there tonight. We had excellent service and food! Would definitely recommend!

Delicious chicken broccoli pasta. Dessert looked good too but I was too full. Need a wall up by the door here in cold climate. Booth by the door freezes every time people come or go, and it was very busy, standing with door open waiting to get inside.

There was a very long wait for a hamburger. My hamburger was burnt on one side, was supposed to be medium and was well done. Had 1 hamburger bun tops vs a top and a bottom. Was a bacon cheeseburger, with very little bacon and cheese so melted it was almost gone. After mentioning the bacon more was brought out. We were also offered a free dessert to compensate.

I am honestly not the kind of person to write a bad review, I absolutely had the worst customer service, I've had better service at Mc Donalds, definitely recommend saving your time going somewhere else , waited for over 30 minutes just for a refill, it was honestly not busy, I will definitely not be going back

I absolutely love Ruby Tuesdays! Their service at this particular location is wonderful. The servers always remember my boyfriend and I because we come here that often. We live just a mile away, so we like coming here for dinner when we are feeling a bit lazy to cook.

A lot of the negative older reviews are dead wrong. This place has always been exceptional in my experience. The wait staff is friendly and responsive. The managers are always attentive and willing to fix anything that is not up to your standards. The food is served hot and on the odd occasion when it is not, they fix it.

We live in the neighborhood and go to Ruby's on a regular basis. The food is always good, and the service is decent, although not great. Would recommend.
