Really enjoyed this place and all of the amenities! The restaurants have great value and provide nice sized portions for your money. The lunch buffet is excellent! Love the bowling alley, arcade, salt water swimming pool and hotel! Highly recommend this location for families or if you just want to get some gambling in!

Just love love this casino. It's super clean unlike some. The staff is very friendly. We have a big family from all ages and just love how there is something for everyone to do here. We went to the casino floor which was big and nice. The restaurants are very good. The restaurant by the bowling alley has some decent prices and the food taste amazing

Great place to stay and gamble! I know that there are other things to do because I see people all over the place but my husband and I love to gamble. The rooms are nice but the beds are way to soft for our comfort and that’s the ONLY complaint we have. Everyone here are so friendly and accommodating! My favorite casino!

Had so much fun. Rented a hotel, bowling, swimming, the arcade with the kids and gambling. The only reason I gave a 4 is because although it's super entertaining there. We never win. My money always stays there. If black oaks didnt have other activities I wouldn't return. So I'm glad they find ways for you to enjoy yourself.

Enjoyed: Thursday night buffet: prime rib. Salad bar improved; added spinach and more topping choices. Added soft serve ice cream machine. Small portion desserts. Impressive price at $14.99. Satisfactory: only meat was prime rib. Husband said minestrone soup was like eating gravy. Desserts appeared dry. No fresh fruit. Service: attentive and cleared table timely.

Smoking and non-smoking areas. All the slot I love. Upscale. Nice staff. Safe. Good parking. Definitely will return.

Very nice rooms and comfortable beds. We ate at two different locations and the food was excellent at both. Casino was very nice, lots of different machines to try. We had a great time.

My wife and I came in on a Friday night and did their Friday night date night special $45 a person for a five-course meal and everything was absolutely delicious. It was smaller portions but it was just enough for us. And then we each got $10 to use at the casino it was a great date night!

They have bowling and arcades games downstairs. You can eat food downstairs they have a sports bar there also. They have Seven Sisters Restaurant. Food is good but a little higher in price. They have a restaurant on the main floor which the food is good also and of course gambling

More than anything this is a casino. If you have kids you can leave them in the "Underground" which is an arcade on the first floor. If you want family fun they have bowling alleys right next to the kid's arcade. They have a pizza restaurant along with a sports bar all in the Underground alone. As for the casino part well it has slots, poker tables, and digital roulette. The casino also has a non smoking play area which I thought was kinda neat, but smoke still gets into the non smoking section because air.

I always enjoy coming to Black Oak Casino . I don't always win but I always have fun. This weekend was the first time we stayed at the Black Oak Resort Hotel. I was very impressed. The room was very spacious with all the amenities and more. The proximity to the the casino is very convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Pretty hidden and away from everything. Great food. Service was surprisingly good. the atmosphere isn't just a casino, the concept reminds me of Las Vegas establishments in the late 90's (the concept, not the decor) when it was more fun to go to a casino because there was more to do than gamble. great experience.

This is one of the friendliest casinos you will ever experience. I have been coming to black oak casino since it was a little steel hut way back when. Or lets just say since it started as a little acorn. They truly make you feel like family. And not only locals but everyone that walks through their doors. The place is impeccably clean which I feel speaks volumes of the overall moral of the employees. Most importantly it's just plain fun for the whole family🎲🎰🃏

Well I am someone who live over where the Butte Fire was and I just hope with fire season coming around the corner if that side of bride gets a fire they do not depend on calaveras county to help because when we had the fire. You guy were charging $171.00 a night to victims which were some of my family members who had to pay this price to stay safety from the raging fire. When the rim fire happened Calaveras county gave you guys open doors and to much help. Why Jackson Rancheria were giving free places to stay for victims of the Butte fire. It just goes to show in time of need who is caring and who is selfish. I will never be back to Black Oak Casino.

The security personal, not the ones in the orange in the parking lot, type cast you and treat you according to that. I am a diamond member and had some family troubles so was getting fresh air way out in new parking lot by no one, and a guy in the orange, very nice started talking to me he offered me a ride by tribal council, then as soon as security gets there first thing he says is what's your problem I told him my phone died and I just needed to use phone at players club to call my ride. He proceeds to insult me and asked me if I had money and that I can not ask anyone for a ride. Now if you treat diamond which is 200,000 or more like that, I will be going to RedHawks Casino much further but never in my life have I been treated and insulted like that by an establishment where my boyfriend and I spend great amounts of money. RedHawks also gives you way more free play I get 20 at black oak and would get 250 there at RedHawks and that's not even there diamond money which is Elite for them. Sincerely never coming back!

Thanks Black Oak my husband and I had a fabulous date night enjoying good food, music as well as great customer service! We had hours of fun playing slots, cards shopping in the gift shop! We will plan another date night here real soon!

first off i am a long time member of black oak. I received a 40 40 deal sent to my email I called made reservations for a room using my master card. this was a week in advance so the day of my stay I called to see if I needed a card with a deposit amount on it ? I was told I already was approved with my master card and 25 was deducted for deposit. as I arrived my card I reserved the room with I was told they didn't deduct anything from it and as they swiped it it had insufficient funds .so we had to give up our night of gambling and give our 150 cash to them as a hold for harm on our room wtf? wish these people were all on the same team a? so then as we spent the night in our room and checked out we were told at the gaming desk we couldn't receive the 40 in free play I was pissed not to mention the bed king sized bed was like a giant taco me n my wife were rolled to the middle all night it sucked....I think I should be reimbursed my money because the mini vacation was to unstress us and all it did was stress us out....

The machines are what I come for but this casino has the single most unprofessional staff. I come over to the drink station and all I hear is the waitresses gossip while waiting for my drink(this happens every time), literally.Pretty much all of the staff I have encountered here are extremely rude and sarcastic. I am really surprised at some of the reviews on the "friendly staff". That made me giggle, they are far from friendly. Super surprised that they still have their employment at black oak. Please change this atrocious behavior.
