Hotel was great. Entrance was difficult and parking lot needs some love. Casino was awful. Go down the street to Ameristar to gamble.

It sucks as a casino. Have you come swipe card to get multipliers 100 points never nothing to play with. You have to give to get. They just want to get

When WaterView was Diamond Jack's it was a very different layout. After a long sabbatical I see alot of the same staff which is a good thing. All of my interaction with the staff has been OUTSTANDING. From the Casino manager to the guys and gals in the the cage to the hotel front desk and even the staff of the restaurants.... ALL SUPER FRIENDLY and will go above an beyond to make your time there a good one. Highly Recommend.

Great views of Mississippi River and all Towboat traffic. Room was clean and the beds were soft and cormfortable. A/C worked too good. Price for suite was very reasonable. Overall very satisfied.

I have had the worst experience I have ever had at any casino in my life. Me and my family traveled over 8 hours to come to Mississippi and decided to take some time out to "TRY" to relax here and play slots etc.The front host was extremely rude, she wouldn't even acknowledge us. I was approached an hour after I was there and was told that I needed to leave the premises because I had a backpack purse on. I am confused at this time because I went to ever other casino on the strip and not one of the other casinos seem to have a problem with it but them. I also offered to allow them to check my bag if they wanted to but that option was not given to me. By the way I am a very professional individual who has never given anyone reason to believe anything suspicious and I was very kind and cordial to their entire staff and I am extremely insulted. There are no signs posted no where in the casino and the following should have been told prior to me entering the casino. At this point the staff put my safety in jeopardy..

I really loves this casino and the atmosphere and everything it use to be my favorite but everytime I come here to play black jack there is one table for it 5 dollars and one 10 dollar table. It’s ridiculous there’s at least 8 tables empty no one on it. I asked someone about it twice now and everytime I get “were under staffed that’s why.” The line to cash out and player services has 8 windows and 2 are open. Not spending another dollar here.

The people who work here are very friendly. The rooms are nice and the suites have the best views of the Mississippi River in town. They have good bands and good food in the ten restaurants and at the snack bar. The swimming is great and overlooks the river. Also there is a riverfront park right beside it.

Room was horrible. The heater in the wall had a loud fan. Didn't sleep very well. The bed was terrible. Cheap pillows and cheap thermal blanket. Cheap thin spread on the bed. I wanted to drive home and sleep in my own bed.

One of my favorite Vicksburg casinos. It's clean, the games work, and the staff is nice. I enjoy having free drinks while I play. The payout is decent as well. My only complaint is that I wish they had more older games like crystal forest and Invaders from the planet moolah. Although they have a nice selection of brand new games.
