A very nice hotel. The room is comfortable. The staff are friendly and professional. Alice's Restaurant (in the casino) has very good food; they use locally-sourced ingredients whenever possible.

Love the hotel part of the casino. We're here for three nights and are pleasantly surprised at how great the rooms are. Service and staff are great. I recommend for hotel. I'm not into gambling so can not comment on that.

Very cute casino in Nor Cal. Staff is super friendly rooms are decent and comfortable. They have a pool hot tub and spa. The beds are so comfortable. I only had the wings as far as their food and they were pretty good. Its not a big casino but its big enough. Plenty of slots and its a good location if you want to explore other places in the Arcata/ Eureka area.

Blue Lake Casino is located on CA highway 299 just east of Arcata. They are one of the larger casinos in the area. They have good variety of slots, table games, two restaurants, valley parking, RV parking, a gas station (with slots inside) and I think they have bingo, but I'm not sure. You can smoke in most of the gaming areas. They're rooms are nice, but over $100. They have a pool and a salon but I did not visit either. When you sign up for there club card, you receive $10 match play, discounts, and a deck of cards. They mail you more free play after your first visit and you can get $10 free play for making referrals. I had a good time there. The staff is friendly and the casino is clean. They serve alcohol in the bar and sometimes there is live music. You have to be 21 to gamble. I recommend visiting Blue Lake Casino and staying at there hotel. The gas prices started at $3.75 a gallon (before club discount) and I believe they have diesel and propane.

The food and service was great. Very clean and not too crowded. Dinner was priced right. The cook forgot the extra cheese that I ordered, but the server reminded him. Maybe the server forgot to say something. Either way, they did great.

Needed a place to stop and rest on our way home from Oregon. Not to many convenient places to stop when towing a 30ft trailer. Lits of parking, friendly and helpful staff. Food was great. Will be back.

Not too bad for a casino / hotel. We ate at Alice's and the lily pad that day. We played in a poker tournament and some slots throughout the day. Very enjoyable.

Some say you win, some say the casino is a rip-off. Personally I think people win almost every time they go, but they lose that money back into the casino because they don't know how to quit while they are ahead. They try to get more and more money instead of just simply gaining more than what they came with.

Always something for everyone going on here. From those who strictly gamble,...to those just wanting a night out with friends....this place has something for all to enjoy. Accommodations, food, and servive....are excellent. Highly recommended Blue Lake as a great choice for a good time.

Booked a room at the hotel to rest for the night returning from our trip from the Redwoods. Hotel hosts at the front desk were the most professional and nice people we have met. Room was so roomy and luxurious. Hotel located at a beautiful area and nearby restaurants if you don’t like their food. We ordered from a Thai restaurant 5 miles away in Arcata and it was the best Thai we’ve had.

Rooms are amazing. My husband and I love staying there. The restaurants are delicious! We stay there at least 6 times a year.

The friendliest and most upscale experience to be found in a tranquil and country like setting. My auto- trip home away from home. Self contained site is so convenient and the dining and service will spoil you #

Great stop. Hotel rooms are very clean, spacious and nice. Friendly staff. Local feel in the casino. Poker room is small but usually has a $1-$2 NL cash game going

Nice clean quiet room. It is not the fanciest but roomy, neat and tidy. No microwave. People here are accommodating and friendly. I would stay again though as it seems to be the best in the area.

Casino has easy access of the freeway. Was there for a private event. Dinning room was set up nice. Good atmosphere. Food was good. Friendly staff.

Poker room awesome. Mix of fish and want to be pro's. Very soft. I asked for and received food and other comps. Hotel room nice, new. Walls thin... I heard neighbors talking.... Only bummer.... Staff great. Great stop over from San Francisco to Oregon

The casino part is fun and smokey. People really go all out on karaoke night and there is good 24/7. The hotel rooms are super nice and clean. The security guards are chatty and helpful. The keys had some trouble with the new system but they were speedy with the exchange of new keys. For a night out, it was a fun stop.
