Clean rooms with mini bars, great place to visit. The food is excellent and the service is great at the hotel desk. I stayed with my wife & 2 children. The pool is excellent. Easy accessible casino with basic table games & slots. Nice weekend getaway with a great view. I recommend spending a few extra dollars for a room with the ocean view.

This was my first visit to the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Biloxi and I have to say I was impressed! Huge facility with much more to offer than just gambling. We attended a concert first-The Ultimate Queen Celebration-the seats were comfortable and the stage was easily visualized. Awesome experience! Afterward, we grabbed a bite at one of the available restaurants, and then enjoyed drinks and a live band in the middle of the casino. We briefly spent some time in an on-site club, which wasn't my favorite area, but was great since we didn't have to leave, then headed back for more live music in the center. A seriously fun place! Who has time to gamble here? I also cant leave out the upstairs club we enjoyed for a bit immediately upon leaving the event! 70's theme with a super fun hostess! Too much fun for just one visit. We must go back!

The staff is fantastic and very helpful. From the reservation agent to the players club representative they set the standard for how guests want to be treated. Very helpful and informative. The comps are amazing. I especially enjoy their fantastic pool. It's perfect for my 4 yo daughter and I to enjoy with their wade in design. Also, the other guests seem to be having fun and friendly as well. I recommend Hard Rock to anyone looking for a fun place to be, even guests at other casinos!

Beautiful hotel with a nice sized casino. There are a variety of entertainment options, including a new Miami themed bar in the center of the casino. We had dinner at the Ruth Chris steakhouse. The steaks we cooked perfectly. The service was fantastic. Overall it was a great time and experience.

This is my favorite casino on the gulf coast! The staff is impeccable! The valet and bell staff greet you with smiles and helping hands. 80% of the dealers are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Two complaints that I would have- is the automatic shuffler that was added to ONE table in the building and the payouts on tables with circus bets are 6 to 5. Majority of the bartenders and cocktail waitresses are very attentive and courteous. The cleanliness is kept up daily. The entertainment has the most variety and getting tickets for the events- are done with simplicity and ease. And the hotel has the best amenities at finger tip grasp. By far, the most pleasurable casino in Biloxi. LOVE THE HOSTS AND PROMOTIONS!!!! Rock on Hard Rock!

Always love going to this casino. Not much of a gambler, however love the restaurants and rooms here. Great place to enjoy a staycation! Have always enjoyed the dining experiences here. Ruth's Chris is the best steak house on the coast and is such an asset to this casino!

When through basically sightseeing on our honeymoon. Did a little shopping in both gift stores. We bought a couple of t-shirts and a shot glass. It had a lot of old school music stuff hanging on the wall. Cloths, guitars and drum sticks which I thought was pretty awesome. It has the Hotel,casino,a restaurant of some sort, a cafe and a parking deck for safe off street parking. Eat, play, sleep, park all in the same place. Sounds like a good deal to me. I must throw out there, we did not stay here though, the rooms were a little more than I wanted to spend.

Great Friendly Staff, from check in to departure. Very clean rooms. Food is very good and prepared in a timely manner. All restaurants have satisfactory service. Can't wait til our next visit .

The rooms are nice. A lot of people complain about the privacy of the bathrooms, but honestly that isn't a big deal. The hotel is clean and the staff os friendly and helpful. Don't like that the snack and drink machines only take debit/credit cards. Not too fond of the casino itself. Been twice in the past two years and honestly the machines are far too chintzy for my liking. Not sure if I'm coming back.

Went in to check out the casino while we were in town. The casino was small comparatively and dark but there were a variety of machines. Only played for a few minutes, joined the players club but the only special offer they had was an extra large t shirt"all we have left" if I earned some hundreds of points. I spent a few minutes playing but it was not my lucky day so we left. The interior was contemporary and attractive, the exhibits of memorabilia was interesting, did not eat it stay at the hotel so I can't review that aspect. I wouldn't bother to return just to gamble, there are other casinos with better offers and more machines.

My wife and I love the Hard Rock rooms. We get a high floor with a view of the water. The suites overlooking the gulf are incredible for the price. Walk through showers with a privacy mirrored glassed in areas featuring a whirlpool bath give you the opportunity to experience a relaxing soak while looking out over the gulf. Restaurant choices in this hotel/casino are not exceptional. In my opinion the Hard Rock Café was overpriced for the value of the meal just a novelty "been there done that" experience. The casino is not what I would consider vibrant. If the Hard Rock is leaving you wanting try the "other hotel casino" right next door you can safely walk to the Hotel/Casino next door and I believe you will be pleasantly surprised. For dining a quick trip west on highway 90 to 25th street will provide many comfort food choices but don't expect to find 4 or 5 star restaurants. These establishments cater to the beach crowds.

Hotel was nice even in the older royal tower. Would have been nicer without the walls thumping all night from a nearby party of some sort. The casino did what it was supposed to, entertained while slowly taking my money. The evening we were there there was some sort of construction going on at the main enterance so we parked ourselves. Overall it's an enjoyable evening but a little dated.

Great atmosphere and energy. The one thing I don't like about the hard Rock are the bathrooms in the room. They have a sliding glass door which makes it feel less private when doing your business. They do have the best pool, especially if you have kids. Part of it is shallow so they can walk right in.

Hard Rock was the worst of the casinos we visited. I was expecting a more lively environment. It was pretty much dead. There was no excitement in the air. The casino was nice, however. There were way too many penny slots, with a minimum of 50¢ or 75¢. The casino is stacking the odds in their favor with those. That seems to be the trend for casinos now a days. With those minimums, a person would be better off playing the dollar machines.

Hard Rock was easily next best to the Beau. Casino lives, the dealers were very helpful, are at Morton was a little disappointing for the price, though the service was outstanding, wine list great. We were so hungry we did not say anything but should have. No steak was cooked how ordered. Did tell waiter after. Should have said something, he would have taken care of anything, he was really good

Amazing staff, beautiful rooms, awesome pool and hot tub area. Plenty of options in terms of dining, but good luck trying to get a drink in a timely manner if you are anywhere but at the bar. Smaller gaming floor but good machines. Average payouts. Highly recommend visiting.

My husband & I came here for our date night & had a BLAST! The hospitality of the staff was beyond the Southern Hospitality you hear about, It was genuine & they treated us like family! We ate at The Grill & the food was Excellent & the slots Loved us! We left with over $3500.00. I would recommend this casino to anyone looking for an Amazing time! Hard Rock Cafe, You REALLY DO ROCK!

We went to see the memorabilia and have ice cream. Everything looked well kept and the staff was very friendly all around. We even gambled a little bit on the penny slots for fun. The only problem was how thick the cigarette smoke was. The game floor could use a better ventilation system. Other than that it was a great experience.

This weekend was a really beautiful weekend in general. My experience at the Hard Rock was a easy experience, didn't lose, staff was friendly, it was clean, no when it comes to the buffet I guess because it was Valentine's Day weekend the line was extremely long. I believe I waited in line 45 minutes to eat at the buffet, & I do not wait in lines but my date wanted to eat there. The food was ok. Overall, I would definitely return

Hard Rock hotel/casino is one of my favorite casino's to go to. Always like stopping in for Starbucks which is located in Hard rock. They have many options of gambling m. Fron slots to tables. It is also located on the water which is nice. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel welcomed.

Great experience! The guy at the front desk when we checked in, great suggestions for local foods, the dealers at the black jack tables were a lot of fun, Georgia Elliot, and Vinny were the best dealers I've had, they make things fun and make you actually want to play, the Zaye at the craps table was very helpful, and got me in the grove of things. We stayed at the Royal tower and for the price it was really good, loved how the room was nice and clean and loved the free music downloads you receive when you book a room! This place rocks!
