Friday night buffet was great. Table games are not always full so I didn't have to wait. And smoke was not too bad. Would rather smoke free environment

This place has the potential for a very nice Casino but they need to do something about the smoking of cigarettes by maybe having a non-smoking section. As soon as the glass sliding doors open at the entrance you are engulfed in Smoke. They also have free valet parking which is convenient because of the large size of their parking lot especially on rainy nights. The restaurant they have there it's pretty good for $27 a person for the buffet is kind of pricey. It's supposed to be an all-you-can-eat buffet which it is but they limit you to to snow crab legs at a time. It takes longer to go sit down and return to get in line and wait in line and it does to eat to crab legs but that's just my opinion.

We always enjoy this hotel. We had a nice view of a water way. The casino was clean and enjoyable as well. The food at the buffet wss good and the choices were sufficient. We will.be back when we visit the Gulf Coast again.

I came for legalized sports betting. I left because the sports book is basically a broom closet with a couple TV's to see then betting lines. I am coming from New Orleans and the 45 minute drive isn't too bad. It's fantastic to be able to bet on every sport on TV, but you can tell that this place wasn't designed for the sports book. It's great for starting out, but I expect it to get better I. The future

We went for my 21st birthday. They ended up over booking and giving our room away that we had on reservation but they were nice enough to upgrade us to a jr. Suite. It was amazing. I won big on my first game. Me and mom had so much fun

Stayed at the hotel over Christmas 2018 holiday while visiting family in the area. Did not visit the casino. I did not like that the casino entrance was the same as the lobby entrance to the hotel. This allowed so much smoke (smoking permitted on first floor of casino and in lobby area) to permeate the check-in area. It was nice that they had security guards stationed to ensure that children were accompanied when passing through the casino to the restaurant/buffet on the second floor. The hotel room and hallway (stayed on the 12th floor) was free from smoke and while dated, was kept clean and in good repair. The hotel room could use some updating, but overall was in good repair, except the bathroom. Our toilet ran a small amount the entire time we were there, even though we informed the staff. Such a waste of water! I don't plan to stay at this hotel again when visiting family.

We stayed at the RV park. It was very nice. Bathrooms very clean. Security provided rides to and from the casino. Would stay here again and recommend the park. The buffet was nice with a large variety to pick from.

I liked this casino. Although smaller than most I've been, I liked the cozy feeling. We had a room for the weekend and the hotel has a spa and pool with a poolside bar. Niiice. Excellent buffet and Restaurants also a Deli for more casual dining. Valet parking.

Relatively clean, but the entire property reeks of old, stale smoke. The room, though comfortable, was very dated, especially the bathroom with it's circa 1950s-60s tile. The two stars were earned because of the friendly staff. Unfortunately, their friendliness could not overcome the casino and hotel's shortcomings.

My husband and I stayed a night to enjoy the all you can eat lobster, crab, steak dinner, little gambling, and fun. Our room was nice and clean. The food was terrific! Some of the best shrimp I've ever had. The casino was clean with a wide variety of games. There's also a smaller smoke free gambling area as well. The casino wait staff were attentive and friendly. Had no problems checking in or out. The staff was very professional. We had a great time and highly recommend.

Without a doubt, the absolute worst stay at a hotel I have experienced in some time. Check in went as normal and was overall pleased with the staff but this hotel is not what it once was. The elevator broke not once, but twice as I tried to get up to me room. Upon entering the room, no air flow. They had no other rooms to accommodate me and my fiance. Maintenance was helpful in helping us with the lack of airflow. The food is below sub par, especially at the $25.00 per head they are asking. As I am writing this, children are running down the hallway, creating unnecessary noise with no security in site. This hotel has lost my business as I will not be returning.

The drive in is beautiful. The palm trees add a state of elegance, but the rooms could use a bit of refurbishment. They are a little dated. The beds are uncomfortable. The buffet is good and so is the pool. I have been to the golf clubhouse and it is nice. I would stay here again.

I went for my birthday dinner. Lobster, #1 crab legs (biggest on the coast), royal red shrimp and prime rib to perfection. Friday night is the best day to go. The wait wasn't too long, 30 min. If ya get a chance definitely go!

The Hollywood Casino is a great place to visit. The machines present are update to date, and interesting. Also, promotional offers for food, slot play, entertainment, and hotel accommodations are regularly implemented. Restaurants are generous on portions and buffet pricing is reasonable. My only complaint is when attending the gaming floor late at night/early a.m. hours servers and machine attendants are a rare sight.

Spent most of the time at the Lazy River. Rented a Cabana all day Saturday(worth every dollar!!) Had great Cabana girl Hailey bringing us Patron margaritas on the rocks, everyone was so friendly! Met a lot of fun, different people from all over! Room was clean, beautiful view of the Bay. Grill food is good but lengthy lines. THE BEST TIME EVER!

Never enough cocktail servers, I have spent $100"s of dollars before being offered even a bottle of water. The floor staff rude and unfriendly. Walk into the slipper a cocktail is there immediately, never have to wait. Bartenders need to show more excitement when a customer that tips $5 for one beer, they never smile or show gratefulness that you are spending $ at the casino, as there are so many casino's to choose from. Some days it's so dead. The free gifts are always rain checks, just so many things that need attention.

My family and I just spent the weekend at Hollywood casino. I’m very disappointed because I have multiple sclerosis and when I had a problem and couldn’t walk back to my room we were told you did not have a wheelchair. Thank goodness my father in law had his walker that had a seat and wheels so my child could push me back to the room. I’m sorry to say that I don’t think we will be back.

Went there for Mothers Day last Sunday. We drove about an hour and half to eat crab legs at the buffet. It took about 2 hours to be seated. While they were good the next day I broke out with hives and each day it got worse. My lips, hands, and feet were swollen. Me, My twin sister, two of my nephews and my mom and dad all had a very bad allergic reaction to the seafood. This only happens when it is NOT fresh. I missed 3 days of work this week and have lost sleep every night. Will not go there again!

We've visited here frequently for years,eat & play for awhile. The shrimp po boy is so small,really you should consider giving people a little more for the money...? But the staff and people here are very nice...!

Went to the casino, had lunch at the buffet. Enjoy my visit, didn't win anything but had a good time. The food was great. The service was top notch.
