Got place to visit! Most of the time loose but fun. Can go to a movie and spend more if not careful. Played 8 hours on 100 and came home with 75 a lot of fun

Been going to this casino for years and have never won a jackpot. Every time we go here I lose. Can't remember the last time I won at this casino. Super tight slots. And they've never called my name on their hot seat drawings. Probably won't go back to this casino since I never walk out winning. To bad because I do like the buffet but I'm not going to keep feeding the slots which I'm guaranteed to lose. This place sucks for winning. Wouldn't recommend this casino as for now.

Great time.🛍 Very clean and gorgeous hotel. Rooms were fabulous & clean and comfortable. Very well done all the way around. Restaurant was great & great service. Thank you Sande at the 99 Hops restaurant. You were fantastic... especially for a party of 16. You rocked it. 👍 We didn't win any money but we were well entertained for hours.

I have never stayed at the hotel, but the casino is nice. only 4 stars because of the smokey odor. not that there is too much actual smoke, just the residual smell. need more air purifiers we had beers at the 99Hop House which is awesome because the have many self serve taps that you buy by the ounce. allowing you to sample many beers.

Great place!! The classiest casino in the KC area. The staff was nice and helpful. The hotel is recently renovated so the rooms are nice. The bathroom in the rooms is stupid amazing. The shower is HUGE!! You seriously have room to walk around. The buffet is a little pricey but I think that is every casino. Good food venues and a small ice cream/dessert shop for the sweet tooth.

Based on their reply, they have paid out 23million dollars in slot jackpot this far, but have managed to take nearly 60million dollars in profit still. This further proves the last part of this review. The company that owns this casino knows how to steal your money. Has machines that will give you the bonus and will pay 2-6 dollars, regardless of bet. Their slots are tight, dont be fooled by the occasional winner you see, more than likely they already lost hundreds that day.

Had a great time here, beautiful establishment. They had all the latest and greatest slots I love to play. If you are NOT a smoker, the non smoking section is very small and not a lot to select from. Still I highly recommend it. Enjoy! I thought the ceiling at the entrance was cool.....

Nice place everyone seemed very friendly. Nice clean room. Plenty of parking and good Casino action. Not a place to go if you also want something to eat however. On the downside it is somewhat out of the way and the road Network to try and get to and from it does not make for a good experience. I cannot fault the casino for this however as part of an overall experience it was definitely something that stopped it from being rated any higher.

fun.. until I lost!! no but really, I wished they had a live poker room. staff was great. some rooms had too many similar games that no one really played so you've got a huge unoccupied area where you could fart and nobody can hear you. it should be replaced for a poker room in my opinion. other than that, I had fun.. just wished there were more options.

We stay here at least once a year. The rooms are always real nice, the shower is AMAZING, and the beds are so comfy! We usually get the stay and play package and this last time it was a little different how they give you the $50 voucher for the casino floor. As a result we waited for about two hours for our money to be loaded onto our play card and it wasn't until the next morning that an employee informed us of the proper way to get the money. Other than that, we will definitely be going back!

My daughter booked me at the spa for mother's day. She wanted me to enjoy the relaxing spa experience that the seemed to offer instead of a only a message. Nothing like in the description. No robe, no relaxing time, no sauna, no aromas. The therapist was ok, but it was just entering the room, go to the bed, get a massage without any aromas, put your clothes back on, get a cup of water... thank you for your visit. For this please pay half at massage envy or somewhere else and don't waste your money! We all were sadly disappointed! :(

I took my son there to get a little experience at the slots and to ensure, or check to see if he could walk away when necessary. Success, he can walk away. The building is engineered very beautifully and is greatly visual at every corner. It's impressive. The buffet was well worth the money. Now, don't withdraw cash there. There's a 5.99 charge per transaction so plan ahead. I'm not a gambler so my rating is 3 but for gamers it's a awesome experience.

Lots of great slots to play and table games. I do prefer slots and am regularly disappointed when my new favorite slot is changed out. The staff are always extremely friendly and helpful. Free soft drinks, hot chocolate and water. My biggest disappointment is that as a nonsmoker I have to walk the length of the casino through the smoke to get to the non smoking slot room. Ugh! The Lucky Taco, however, has great food and a pretty amazing free salsa bar. Covered parking is excellent for our unpredictable Missouri weather.
