Our experience here was very good, we were seated quickly, received good service and the food was good as well. During our meal the Manager was visiting with guests to make sure they were provided with great service. Great job.
We went in at like 10:30 PM, the service was real slow even though it was crazy crowded, all of our food was barely warm and took forever. We ended up saying something and they really went above and beyond to fix it. We appreciated their willingness to rectify the situation.
The wait was long but to be expected on a Saturday. Everyone was very friendly and nice. We came with a group of 8 and several of us got the fillet and lobster for $29. Great deal! It was delicious!! Only thing I could say that I would change is it would have been better service if they would clear our dirty plates before bringing dessert or a check. It's a pet peeve of mine. Otherwise, great all around.
Love, love, love the waiting list w/pagers. We had a table within 35 minutes. You are served by nearly half a dozen people, still the dinner plates were so very hot.
Food was great, from the appi-teazer, mini but tasty salads, bread, perfect Steaks, and signature cocktails.
What I didn't like, was not having room for dessert.... but I'm willing to go back to try again😉
Good food. I did not realize they had gluten-free options until I did a Google Search and I was very pleased. I'll definitely be checking out Outback Steakhouse in the future when I'm traveling as well as when I'm back home. Service was great too.
We inadvertently left our cell phone on our table after Dining Saturday night. We called the restaurant as soon as we got home and were told it had been turned in. We told them we would pick it up the next day . when we arrived to pick it up lo! And behold! The day manager was less than excited to look for it or make any effort- and the boy at the desk was completely rude and non caring. We left and called back when evening shift was there and MELISSA said Yes! The phone was there. So, for the second time that day we drove the 40 miles to the restaurant. This time we were treated respectfully and our phone immediately returned by MELISSA who also refused a tip and apologized on behalf of those who had been less than helpful. Kudos to Outback for hiring such a sweet young woman as MELISSA! We will be back- thanks to her. And we won't forget the phone again!
Had a wonderful dining experience tonite with my husband. The steak was cooked perfectly. The lobster tail was very delicious. Sally, our waitress kept our drinks filled. Will definitely be back
