Went to the Atlantis for the use of the spa. This resort has one of the best spas with loads of amenities. We had lunch out by the pool and the food and service were excellent. The outdoor pool is under construction and was not available to take advantage of the nice weather. All of the staff that I encountered were friendly and knowledgeable.

Nice casino. There are lots of choices and only a few spots that tend to collect the smoke. It could be lighter/brighter. I know casinos are a bit dim already but it would be good if the could have a bit more brightness to traffic areas, also, we rarely saw cocktail waitresses. You didn't want to leave a machine that you were playing to go find a water but eventually you would. That was a bit sad because by the time you stand up and pry yourself away from your favorite game and then meet up with your friends or partner you decide to go do something else like eat or leave. We've only eating at the buffet and their coffer shop. Their buffet is the best in town, but still could be a dollar or to less. The coffee shop is nice and serves good food if you don't want to wait in the buffet line.

Very nice hotel/casino. Staff is always attentive and extremely helpful. Rooms are very clean and will maintained. Beds are soft and comfy. Lots of slots and tables to give u plenty of choices for entertainment. Did is absolutely amazing and highly recommend. Just avoid the room service as it is greatly over priced for completely basic items.

Hotel is a good value for the money. My room was fairly outdated with dark, woods and fabrics but it was clean and I had an awesome view, so no complaints here. Check-in was easy and friendly. The free airport shuttle was convenient and the driver was great. Ate at the Purple Parrot, which appeared to be the only full service restaurant open at that time. It was pretty late, so I was just happy to eat anything. The vodka soda I ordered was really watered down, so I chose not to drink it and they just took it off the bill. No big deal... probably didn't need it anyway. All in, a good experience and I'd definitely stay here again.

Nice resort. Nice amenities and they have about 5 or 6 restaurants. 1 outdoor pool (which is being renovated) and 1 indoor pool. If you're looking for the pool it's right next to the spa. Lots of different slots but their free play credits can't play progressive slots. The staff is really helpful and nice. They're always willing to answer any questions you might have. The rooms are nice and their size is pretty decent. My main complaint about this hotel is the way the elevators are set up. Some of the elevators can't reach certain floors which can annoying.

I would have given this casino a higher rating, but had an odd experience there on two of three of my visits. My husband and I actually had a bartender who was rude and non-engaging. We usually tip very well, especially when gaming and having a good time. But this bartender, a young lady made us feel awkward and was generally unfriendly. We promptly left after noticing she was ignoring us, and we went to another bar. This employee actually followed us twice to where we were seated. It was a truly strange experience. When we went to the new bar, we tipped as usual, and as we were winning, tipped extra to our lucky bartender. We had lots of luck at the sports bar, and the young man serving was prompt, friendly, and very engaging. He made that awkward experience much better. The only reason we gave this hotel a third try was because we really enjoyed the food at the Atlantis. Hands down they have the best sushi and seafood in Reno. It is fresh and delicious.

As a local, the Atlantis continues to remain in my top 3 favorite, if not my most favorite Hotel and Casino. Aesthetically, its pretty intense with lots of cool LED lights and other neat decorations as many Casinos do. The rooms themselves are very nice and well kept which is always important when deciding on a hotel. It's litterelly right next a good hub for public transportation and had a prompt shuttle service both to and from the airport. Overall the Atlantis offers an enjoyable experience and doesn't totally break the bank. I'd say The Atlantis is a good choice unless your on a tight budget and are limited in funds.

Fun times, nice and cozy casino in comparison to some larger ones. It's still big and fancy enough to have a ton of entertainment. This buffet and the Italian food restaurant are some of the best and classiest I've been to in Reno. A little pricier, but well worth it. Love the selection of games in the Arcade and the overall decor is great. Rooms are nice, well equipped and seem to be safe if you are prone to falling. There was a phone in the bathroom and a shower seat available already in the room. The furniture also seems pretty quality, heavy and tough. We got a gorgeous view of Reno, this place seems to have overall a good situation and the building is very sleek so few of the windows seem to open out to a bare wall or part if the building. I'm personally not a huge swimmer but the indoor pool was pretty slick. Hot tub and outdoor pool are getting remodeled sadly. This place felt a lot more relaxed and chill compared to other casinos, it was nice to feel a bit more grown up. Live jazz and blues music is fantastic and worth a visit all on its own! I would visit just for the food and music on its own

Ate at the buffet. Was very good, as usual. They always have a lot of choices and this time was no different with even some new stuff such as a sausage made with lobster and seafood. Went on a Monday which is good because you can get half off the price for two people. Did a little gambling afterwards at the slot machines and video poker not much luck but we have had some good luck at Atlantis in the past so we're not going to give up just yet!

Went to eat at the buffet, and man was it amazing! They were quick to pick up dirty dishes and drop off drinks. Chefs waiting to whip up some absolutely amazing and fresh food. Located right before downtown makes it easy to get in and out without​all the pedestrians.
