We didn't get a king bed as reserved. The room was dirty. There was a bed bug in one of the mattresses since we got stuck with a double bed room. I didn't care about it being old but even the curtains were stained and dark colored so very noticeable. The cleaning staff is by far unproffesional and talking as if they were on the streets telling a little boy he had no business asking for a towel. Staying multiple days u would think you have enough to last. Never again. I will be writing to their corporate office and BBB. This place needs some real attention to get things decent so maybe my next actions can help. Hope others do the same. Oh and the worse thing, denying a man a fridge for his insulin I'm sure there's a law for that somewhere.

Older hotel. Had a problem with our room when we checked in. Manager was able to correct the situation. The casino didn't pay. (What Vegas casino does) dinner at Prim was enjoyable. Cost wasn't to bad. Overall it was good. Great place to stop to shower and rest up. I hope y'all win my money back if you do stop. Cheers

This group of casino is one of my favorite places to get away. Between the 3 casino's very good food options and gaming options. Players Club cards honored at all 3 casinos. Rooms reasonably priced and house staff very good. Great places for those who prefer to game more although there are concerts and other events on a regular basis.

Very worn out hotel. Seems like no upgrades or repairs were done for quite some time. Was ok for just one night. , The room was clean. Nice comfortably bed. Food service was fantastic. Staff was very nice. I will probably return for slots and food but maybe not for spending more than one night.

Offers good promotion's Always gives Free Play and Food offers. Gives you a choice of 3 casino's hotels to choose from. Lots of pretty good machines. Gives you free hotel nights. Good marketing's managers my favorite is Nancy works out of Primm Valley hotel. Nice mellow kick back atmosphere. Most Always very nice time. I have been going to Buffalo Bills for many different concerts. Always get 2 free tickets for the shows. Great sound system my favorite performer Patti LaBelle has been to this venue many times. Always remarks how she loves the sound systems. Also, has a monorail service that goes to all three venues. When it isn't running they supply a shuttle bus service. Rooms are just OK nothing to talk about. But, when they charge the resort fee each night it isn't free room anymore. Defeats the free room deal isn't so sweet then. I don't feel like local people should have to pay this charge.

Primm Valley Casino is one if the more updated casinos on the phone at in/out Las Vegas. Some great entertainment was showing for current and future dates. Would recommend to others interested in staying.

Love the place. It's been a great place to visit for years. The cleanliness is really lacking these days. I wish this wasn't the case. It's almost so bad returning requires a second thought.

Worse hotel we have ever stayed at! Upon check in we requested a room close to the elevators, after walking what seemed to be a country mile,we found there are no rooms close to the elevators. The A/C was LOUD ,continuously recycled sounding like a diesel semi truck! Did we sleep you ask,NO.I left a note for house keeping at 7am (with a tip) to leave 2 additional pillows, came back to our room at 9 30 that evening, the room was NEVER cleaned ,and NO PILLOWS. So..we called the front desk,and housekeeping, first call was 9 30,assured us our pillows were on there way. Called back at 10 00 still no pillows,waited another 30 minutes and we let them know we needed clean towels, once again we were assured they were on there way. 11 30 ,knock on door,finally got requested items. This Hotel is outdated, drab,dirty,housekeeping could care less,we got nothing but excuses!! We will NEVER stay there again.

This place has a very good buffet. But the coffee house near the registration needs to have a little bit of training. The people ( not all) are really good people and trying their best with the help of the ones that know the others will learn. Down in the workout room down stairs (great setup) I was there late at night and felt a sweet feeling as if a little girl was there, I looked over and saw nothing but it was a warm feeling.

I really enjoy coming here every year, but unless you are planning to just gamble nd shop at mall during the week then great. But if your not then your gonna be absolutely board. Everything is pretty much closed. Open only on weekends. And the pools don't open until next month. They have great front desk service. Julie

I don’t ever write reviews but I had to for this one! It is currently 2:38AM, March 25, 2018 and I have been sitting here at this little restaurant by the hotel registration desk for 3 1/2 hours! I had reserved 2 rooms a week in advanced as we just had to stop in Primm for the night. Definitely the worst experience ever! Reserving rooms is a joke here! Staff are incredibly rude! I have 5 kids who are tired from our drive and sleeping on the booths in the restaurant. DO NOT STAY HERE! IT’S A JOKE!
