I had a pretty terrible meal at Holsteins. My coworker and I were exhausted and looking for something tasty and easy. Holsteins was pretty empty, so we decided to eat there. The hostess announced a 30 minute wait unless we ate at the bar. For the life of me I don't understand why in Las Vegas empty restaurants can have such long waits. You'd think that their overpriced F & B options would be a profit center worthy of staffing properly. In any event we sat at the bar where we were helped immediately by a very friendly and attentive bartender. Our food arrived quite quickly. Everything looked pretty good and then this is where it gets gross. Nearly every bite of the burger had a chunk of bone in it. I pretty much stopped at 3 bites and continued to eat my side dish and my hamburger bun. Yipes!

Kids Mac and Cheese was delicious. Got the Prime Time Burger. Though it was okay, I could fix a way better and juicy burger at home. Took all the bread off and ate the burger. Too big to bite into. The Donutella shake did not disappoint. It was tasty!

Went here several years ago and had good memories so decided to try it again on my most recent visit. This time I was disappointed in the quality of their burger. The milkshake was fine but you can get better quality burgers for cheaper at various other establishments close by on the strip.

I like hamburgers. I was told this was the best place in Vegas for a burger. Yes it was really good. I got onion rings as a side and didn't really think they were good. They have different soda options for those of you looking for something fun to drink that isn't filled with alcohol. I would go back for sure, but I would skip the onion rings and get the fries.

I had a Kobe burger, and my husband had some other burger. They were good and cooked perfectly. He got the fries that were good, and I got the onion rings which were fantastic. We went at about 7pm on a Wednesday night, and it was a 15-20 minute wait. They took my phone number and called when our table was ready. That was awesome, because we gambled while we waited. It was sort of loud in the restaurant, but you're in Vegas, what do you expect? We would come again for sure. Reasonably priced, and friendly staff! 😁

We were in Vegas with our HS/college age kids and just wandered in here when we were hungry. Wow. The burgers are delicious but the milkshakes are full on amazing. They are hard to describe. One came with a full size ice cream cookie in it. They are huge so you might want to get them to split. (Glad that's what my wife and I did.) The kids loved them so much they insisted on returning for shakes again the next night. You can do that BTW. They have a bar area where you can get drinks or a dining room for dinner. Also you can get the milkshakes with booze in them, which sounded delicious, in case you are NOT traveling with the family!

The atmosphere and decor are fun and a nice place to have lunch and chill out, try sitting in their lounge area instead of a table. Delicious shakes that are totally worth the price. Try the rising sun burger too, so delicious.

I came here when the Cosmo first opened. Holsteins had the coolest shake menu. All of them were delicious. It was their specialty. "Shakes and Buns" is in the name. Now I went back this year 2018. They now have only a few selections of shakes. They taste awful too thick and just plain sugary. None of the original/creative recipes they had on the original Shakes menu. Burgers are good but for the price it's whatever. Holsteins is all about the SHAKE with a good burger. Somehow they decided to downgrade to bad shakes and meh/decent burgers. Disappointing. Also, they're super strict on outside drinks. I mean even with drinks from the Cosmo. Guy next to me had a beer from the casino floor. Came up to have a burger. Waitress gave him attitude about no outside drinks. I mean common... At that point he was already half way through his meal too. So he has to put his beer on the floor as he eats his burger. Because what? They need to make another dollar to sell him a beer? Ridiculous.

These guys make a mean burger, but the fries stole the show. I would say top 5 fries I've ever had, I have no idea what they do to them. The burger was great but didn't live up to the expectations put in my head by other people. They also had popcorn for you while you waited for you food that was movie quality. Great staff, clean place. For the price you didn't get too much but I still left well fed.

I've been here the last 3 times I've been to Vegas, and I've got to say, the Billionaire Burger gets better every time I have it. We originally went here because the line for eggslut was too long, but it was a good thing we did because now this is a must go whenever I get the chance. Friendly staff, good food and drinks, and short waits make this an awesome choice.

This place is great! Lots of burger options now in LV but this one keeps me coming back. Try the Sun Rise Burger for a really tasty, unique burger, its a staff favorite. While your here be sure to hit up the boozy shakes. Go around 6pm to watch all the drunk party people stumble out of Marquee Dayclub.... if you aren't one of them.

My wife and I love this place. The shakes are incredible as you see in the picture below. The food is pretty good but not amazing I’ve been here 3 times over the times I’ve been to Vegas. I will return again

Huge burgers and they are delicious!! Had a vanilla shake and it was excellent as well. A must eat at spot now every time I go to Vegas.

The food we ate was good, it wasn't cheap, but it wasn't over the top expensive either. The seating with couches and coffee tables is very weird and I can't understand why anyone would want to eat that way, all hunched over.

Calories that happen in Vegas, stay in Vegas First off: Very convenient location if you are staying in the Cosmopolitan! We had gotten in that night and didn't want to get all dolled up. This place has a cornucopia menu filled with devilish treats that you know you shouldn't...but just HAVE to! Taste: 9/10 Awesome burgers (one meat and one veggie), sweet potato fries on point, sinful shakes Service: 10/10 Waitress didn't skip a beat, food came out very fast, super friendly and attentive. She made recommendations on her fav sauces, brought us out a steaming hot tower of fries when ours got cold. Value: 8/10 For Vegas, pretty decent! The portions are big, food is good, it's just the city that makes your eyes pop a little at the number on the menu Location: In the Cosmopolitan! Perfect location! All in all, very chill and casual, stomach filling, temptation satisfying eats!

went for the milkshakes are were not disappointed. they were delicious and huge (definitely made to share). pretty pricey but totally worth it at least one time

Absolutely delicious as always, Holsteins doesn’t disappoint. The vibe and atmosphere has the ‘50s feel, the burgers are fresh and the sweet potato fries are yummy. They brought us some popcorn on the house before entree. Staff is friendly and I love this place. You can count on an amazing quality burger!!!!

Made a reservation online and was seated right away when we arrived. Very friendly staff and great service. Beer selection is impressive and you can get any burger with their vegetarian patty. We had the onion rings to start. While the breading was crisp and the sauce was good, several rings were tough (like they used the outside layer of the onion). I ordered the mushroom burger with the veggie patty - not the most flavorful veggie patty I’ve ever had, but it was good. The toppings were great. Would definitely come back for the service, food, and reasonable prices.

Veggie burger patty is fine for late night food but nothing great. To make it vegan they serve on lettuce wrap which I really enjoyed along with good toppings.

Amazing food, absolutely the best burger in town. Some of the best food on the strip and in a very pleasant setting.

Hands down the best place in Vegas to get burger. Without question, head to the Cosmopolitan and check it out. PRO: +Amazing burgers. Try the "Gold Standard" burger (aged sirloin, smoked bacon, aged goat cheddar cheese, tomato confit, baby arugula, garlic chive aioli) with a fried egg on top. +Amazing bam-boozled shakes (with alcohol). Try the "Drunken Money" (Reeses, Banana, Malt, Frangelico) or the "Red Velvet Cake Shake" (Zing red velvet vodka, red velvet cake, cream cheese mousse, mini whoopee pie). +Beautiful waitresses. The outfits are completely appropriate, but are reminiscent of Hooters. +When you're table is ready they'll text you instead of forcing you to carry around a buzzer CON: -Limited cooking options. I tried to order my burger medium and I could only get medium well. Ultimately, it didn't matter because the burger was delicious. -The wait staff was hit or miss. The first time i was there they came back frequently. The second time, not so much. -It can take forever to get a table. I waited an hour on one Saturday afternoon.
