Pretty smoky, but other than that a very clean nicely set up casino. I went in here to use the bathroom, which was very clean.. I was pleasantly surprised ! I would use the bathroom here again !! 🤣

Casino is typical small town NV casino, nothing special about it. The grill has good prices on food and specials, especially for Elko prices. The actual food is okay, just as good or better than similar places. Service is hit and miss, seem to always be short staffed.

We love going there to play the machines and eat. Husband loves to play tables. Always a great experience. Almost perfect. When I go back to dealing the games, that's when I can add to the perfection! *. )

Love the Casino. So clean and beautiful new games. The restaurant was just okay... it used to be great. But maybe it was an off day or something. Would still recommend highly.

Visited this place while on a business trip. The staff was very attentive and fast. Spent no time waiting, service was excellent. Nice, clean fun atmosphere.... would recommend stopping at this one

The Gold Dust West has some of the best service in town. The restaurant never let your drink get empty, offers great specials at a great price, and the food is great. Most times we have fun gambling here too. My only complaint is the ventilation system is not sufficient to keep the cigarette smoke down so I wish they would just ban smoking their but I suppose that would lose all of Elko as customers since it seems like everybody in this town smokes.

Very slow service in the restaurant. Food was about a 5. Recommend going somewhere else if possible.

Horrible service. Never got refiles, food was horrible, waitresses and hostess were rude and not very good at what they do. Will not be eating there again. Ill go to the coffee mug were jeff dalling had the best service around.

We ate at their restaurant. The Smokey Cuban Sandwich was really good. I liked it that dessert was included. I had the Oreo cream pie. It was so good. Good food. Good gambling. Free beer of course.

I have been eating here since it opened, but today the prime rib was as good as i have had anywhere, the veggies and rolls have improved also. Service has always been good.

Traditional casino with all the bright flashing lights and overpowering noises. I liked that this casino had the card tables open on a weekday which is hard to find at many other casino's that I have visited in the Elko NV area. The staff I encountered were very nice and friendly. Ended up losing most of my money but can't really expect to walk out rich every time. I will probably visit here again sometime in the future.

I really like gold dust best to gamble at when I visit Elko Nevada. On new year's I won a little bit. That helped my thoughts for 2018 being a good year.

I like the atmosphere, clientele are friendly, lots of activity in the sports bar for those that enjoy sports restaurant is pretty good with fair prices. BUT THE VENTALATION SYSTEM ISNT ALL THAT GREAT. YOU DEFINITELY FEEL LIKE YOU SMOKED A 100 PACKS OF CIGARETTES BY THE TIME YOU LEAVE THERE. The machines are fun to play but the payout could be better. And the gaming tables are nice.

GOLD Dust used to be, in my opinion, the best casino in Elko. The staff is friendly, the Casino is kept clean, and service is good. Just over a year ago, they started implementing changes to their members benefits and destroyed the reasons for the local clients to visit their casino. They must be aspiring to become the first Vegas style casino in Elko. Most of their loyal customers are now visiting other Casinos in the area. I am truly sad because I used to like spending time there. I hope some day they reconnect with the locals again to make it once again the best in Elko.

This place is within walking distance from my house, so I frequently stop in for the $7.77 prime rib dinner. It's not glitzy or glamorous by casino standards. But it is a great place to have lunch or dinner. They also have great promotions and giveaways. Well worth checking out. I think you'll be surprised.
