Rude service kid didn't even understand why I wanted the pastrami heated, all other Port of Subs I've been to had good service and really good bread but the place there in Sparks NV leaves a lot to be desired as far as customer service is concerned.
Freddy is great. The staff is fast and polite. The food is always good. I would suggest you order early and on-line if you are planning on having lunch there during the work week around noon, as it gets very, very busy. The staff works as fast as they can during those times, but the wait is going to be a little longer than usual. There is very limited seating outside. They offering catering, and have a drive thru. I have never tried to use the drive thru, but the sandwich trays they have prepared have always been perfect and on time.
I asked for extra meat and the rude lady cut me 3 extra slices of meat and when I asked for more because that wasnt extra she snarled, "then I'm going to charge you again." Watch out, sounds like the owner is getting greedy.
