Restore Pool Lounge

This place was way smaller then it looks in the picture. We did go for a holiday so I do consider that as part of my experience but there was so many people in the pool that all we could fit was our feet.

No pictures, because let's face it... This is a classy place. Nobody takes pics and nobody cares to. Sure, people enjoy the "European style sunbathing", but it's not about that. It's about living free and not worrying about it. If you're not classy enough to forget about your phone, then this isn't the place for you. Cheers.

I was there last Saturday for the pool party. The area is very small and so is the pool. Because this is a topless pool, there was a LOT of man there! If you don't order a cabana, you will not have a place to sit. There is a second smaller poop there, but you can only go there is you buy a cabana in that area. That pool was also a sausage fest. The music was also not good. Their bathrooms are nice and they have a water dispenser. I will not be back

A great place to chill and enjoy a change of pace. The staff are all very beautiful people and the music jams though out the day.

1 star for the door staff. They never seem to know what they're doing, what day it is, what to charge. I go on Mondays, because it's free for locals. Huge plus! But, again, you have to go back and forth with the check in staff to receive the comped entry. 5 stars to the bartenders. Big shot out to bartender Paul!!! He's the best!!! Phil is awesome too. The pool is on the smaller side and you have to pay a premium to sit in a chair/daybed/cabana. Anywhere between $100 to $1000s of dollars. We usually get there early enough to grab towels and find a spot to camp out and lounge pool side. This last Monday only about 5 ladies were topless. Many women seemed hesitant, but that could be because I about 60% of the patrons were men that day.

Very trendy and costly. They charge $25-30 Just to get in, lounge chairs were $100 and beer was $10 a bottle. There were practically no places to sit and the pool was very small and was like a human pitre dish! It has a party vibe that attracts a lot of millenials whose mommy and daddy paid for the trip.

The staff was great. That's all. The pool had bandaids floating about. Maybe that just happened but the leaves, sticks and dirt at the bottom of the pool didn't. Clean the pool.

My friend and I were enjoying the pool. We got a little tipsy but we weren't acting up in any way, we weren't being loud or bothering anybody in the pool, then suddenly two pool bouncers asked us to leave the pool an hour before closing so we could rest in the room, saying we can re-enter when sobered up. Why? We were just sitting there talking amongst each other. And we didn't drink that much. Everybody else was drinking and sitting in the pool and nobody asked them to leave.

My wife and I visited this pool while staying at the Mirage April 30th to May 4th, 2015. We booked several months in advance, and knew that this would be a busy weekend in LV. We decided on staying at the Mirage based solely on their advertised offer of free entry to the Bare Pool for hotel guests before 12pm. We figured this was an adult weekend and we could use some rest and relaxation. We read some good reviews about Bare and decided to pursue it. The service was good, the food was decent for pool food, and the drinks were good, but overpriced- which is Vegas normal, I understand. The atmosphere was very relaxed, not unexpectedly small and more gents than ladies. We didn't really care about that since we went as a couple, but I mention it more as an FYI. There are two problems in particular that I am taking issue with. The first being that I was charged $50 to get in, in spite of the fact that this was totally contrary to what was advertised on their website. I mentioned to the 20-something kid at the register that this was the case and he acted like he could care less and said that's what it is because it's "a busy weekend," end of discussion. I decided to pay anyway since our mind was already set on visiting this attraction, as was the other couple's that was with us. We all rented chairs (4 total) for $150 each, with the agreement that we needed to drink and eat the minimum price of the chairs or pay the difference. This was an aggressive goal but doable, so we proceeded. After agreeing to the chair rental, we were informed that we would also be charged tax and a mandatory 20% gratuity, which we had no problems with, but we could have been told beforehand in case we didn't like the ~35% increase in original quoted price. Regardless, our server was good and we tipped her more than what we had agreed to, but that's not where the second problem lies. Our otherwise good time was ruined by some "Service Fee" that was tacked on to our bill that was never once mentioned before our rental agreement. Really, what in the heck is a "Service Fee?!" We obviously paid for our food and drinks, and we generously tipped the server, why is there this surprise fee in addition to all of that? This came right at the very end when it was time to sign for the bill. I chose not argue about it since I am sure it would not have been taken off, so here I am warning all of you. Needles to say, we did not go back for the rest of our stay. The Mirage is supposed to be a world-class resort, and the stunts they pulled both with the FALSE ADVERTISING of free entry for guests and a surprise "Service Fee" after spending over $800 for several hours at the pool is just plain wrong. I could expect this type of poor treatment at a bordertown dive bar that is frequented by rowdy college kids, but for a property that prides itself on being a higher-end resort, like the Mirage, this is totally unacceptable!

Paid $250 min for a daybed on a Wed. Place was dead. Ridiculously overpriced (not worth it) and the staff was rude. There are about 10 other day clubs I would go to before this place. They have a rule for everything imaginable. More of a hassle than an enjoyable time. Save your money and go to the main pool at the mirage. If you want a day club, go to Tao beach, Marquee, Encore or Wet Rep. This place is last on my list and won't go back again.

Don't listen to the top reviews. Save your money and aggravation and go to the free pool. We were given passes for $10 off the cover charge, we said OK. We bought some water at the store nearby, and were forced to get rid of it before entry ... Then we went and sat on the lounge chairs, you know, to relax and tan. We were promptly told we had to spend $100 for each chair to use it. OK so we decided to get a sofa area. $500 for that. Haggled to $450. Woop de do. So we order a couple things, there were 6 of us. I had a couple drinks and some frozen fruit. The bill came up to $1400 ... We go to the pool with our drinks, nope can't do that We go to the pool with our smokes, nope can't do that Close your eyes when you lay down to relax? They'll bother you to make sure you're not sleeping! Then one of us got sun stroke and was sick in the washroom. Someone in there saw, and got him kicked out ... Way too many rules. There's no value in going here at all. The topless part isn't worth it. The service is just as good as the other pool.

I went to Bare this last Memorial Day and had a great time. My friend set up a daybed for us girls and when we arrived we were walked right in past the line outside. Our waitress was gorgeous and genuinely smiled and said our host set us up with a complimentary Mojito pitcher! We love free drinks :) The Mojito was awesome. We ordered a long island pitcher next and I don't really care for tequila but this one was great and I couldn't even taste the tequila. We ended up partying in the pool until 5pm! Lots of fun in the sun.
