Stayed at Mandalay Bay this weekend. Tried this place for breakfast my last day there. Wish I would've gone there earlier in my trip as the breakfast was really good!! The omelette and breakfast potatoes were filling ans nicely prepared. Agree that it was a little pricey but, every place IN Mandalay Bay is pricey.

A little pricey but worth it. I enjoyed location because you could see casino and other restaurants. Food was great, atmosphere awesome and it was inside. The people working there were exceptional, very accommodating. We had breakfasts there for 3 of the five days we were there. I was in a wheelchair/scooter.

Food is amazing. Ordered something different, the meatloaf and very smoothly whipped potatoes. The entire plate was full of flavor. Mac and cheese for the little one and chili for the wife. We boxed up what we could not finish and, still great warmed up at home. The service is excellent. Our server made sure we had everything we needed as our little one is still learning to eat with the adults. Definitely recommend if you're out for casual and very very good.

Tasty Late Night Go To Place. Love it here! Service is pretty good too! Didnt like the guy throwing up in the seat next to us, but hey, it's Vegas and some people just can't hold their liquor. Not Citizen's fault. They were excellent at getting us moved quickly and getting the mess cleaned up fast.

This place looks really nice and well located. We came twice for breakfast but first time we were to late since they stopped serving breakfast around 11am could be earlier not to sure but second day we got there right around 10am and had breakfast, our server was training someone and both were very friendly our waiter took time to ask if we been there before when we said it was our first time he went on to share their most popular dishes I was a waiter for many years and I really appreciated that info, since It could be hard to find good breakfast I’m some restaurant and same dishes are prepared differently depending on the restaurant. Over all I like this place.

We ate at this restaurant 4 times during our stay at Mandalay Bay. The ribs and mac and cheese were to die for. Carrot cake was delicious. Ultimate breakfast is a great choice for breakfast for 2. Now I just need the recipe for the mac and cheese 😆

For a late night eat, this place was very good! Had only burgers and buffalo wings but very tasty and prepped in adequate time and manner. Staff friendly and quick was also a plus.

Really good breakfast. Great pancakes/potatoes, and drinks. Enjoyed it. Just pricey. Definitely would come back

Grabbed lunch here and was very impressed. Their roast beef and onion wrap was incredible. It was actual perfectly sliced roast beef and not the typical deli meat you’d find elsewhere. You get a huge sandwich with a very generous amount of meat, I honestly could only eat half The service was fantastic, extremely quick and efficient even during a busy lunch. The staff where accommodating and helpful and prices very reasonable —especially for Vegas. Tons of seating inside and just outside the restaurant. Really enjoyed it. They have a huge variety of food, desserts, coffees, teas and more. Such a cool place.

Wasn’t bad at. Jason was very nice! He helped me order the last prime rib for the night and it was very yummy so the service was great and food pretty good.

Citizens Kitchen & Bar was a rare find. We love fish & chips and this was by far the most exquisite, offering so much food that the next time we visited, we shared the plate. The staff was nice, professional, the service incredible. Highly recommend visiting Citizens! Thank you!!!

Pricey for what you get, took along time to get our food. When our food was finally served by the food runner, I asked for red pepper for my pizza. He told me "I'm actually off the clock. Ask your server." Then why are you serving my food??!!! He must have realized what he said and he brought it. But then he continued to work. The food itself tasted good.

Overall this place was a great experience. We stayed at Mandalay Bay recently and couldn't decide where to eat the first night we were there. So we decided to try Citizen's and it was the right decision. They have a very diverse menu, the portions are a good size and the price is fair for the fact that it is in a Casino/ Resort. The outstanding thing about this place though for us was the service. The first time we ate there our server Art made all the difference and really his attitude, friendliness and honesty was what set this place apart from the other restaurants in Mandalay Bay for us. His recommendations were spot on and he was genuine. He made eating there an experience to remember and it's why we came back 3 more times during our stay. All of our servers were good, we never waited over 5 minutes to be seated. Our food was out to our table with in 15 minutes and we never had a bad meal. The fish and chips is very good and huge, the meatloaf is delicious and homey, the carnivore pizza hits the spot for a late night meal when you've been out and had a few. The desserts are delicious to say the least.. check this place out, hopefully you won't be disappointed, we sure weren't. And they are open 24 hours!

I was staying at the Mandalay Bat and decided to check this place out. I was not disappointed! I loved Citizens Kitchen and Bar. It was a great pick after watching the Michael Jackson ONE show. The food was hot and very delicious. I ordered the roast beef sandwich and Maui tacos and those were tastyyyy!

Lasagna and garlic bread was spicy?? Very strange. Not what I imagine when you hear “comfort food” but great service and fast. Changed my order to the club. Very very good. Waitress was nice.

I'm sorry, but the food is SO overpriced and is just average. My steak was supposed to be medium rare, and came back medium well. The eggs were supposed to be over medium, they came back hard. The steak was well-seasoned, but the potatoes were bland and boring. Later we had a chocolate cake, and it looked great, but had more sugar than chocolate flavour. My wife asked for a latte, and they gave her a cappachino. When she complained, they said "We're not Starbucks", and gave her a regular coffee. Stay far away from this place if you value your money.

Good food and drinks at a 24-hour restaurant inside Mandalay Bay. The breakfast and late-night fare is solid at this location. Service is a little slow and prices border on absurd, but this is the Las Vegas strip after all. Try the breakfast burrito for a morning pick-me-up!

We came in to eat just the chocolate cake and boy, was it worth it! The cake is huge and very sweet, so make sure you have a couple people in your party to eat this thing. With tip and “a la mode” (ice cream), the bill came to $15. I can’t speak for the quality of the rest of the menu, but there selection seemed good. I docked one star due to speed of service. Only ordered the cake and in total, we were in our seats 35-40 minuets. Overall, great restaurant.
