Chopped salad was yellow romaine stems. Very disappointing. Service was good. Food not so much Most places I’ve been to refill ice tea over and over. Not here. No offer, maybe that’s policy not sure.

Located inside the Mandalay Bay resort. The restaurant has beautiful decor with a patio, bar, and lounge seating. The food was pretty good. The menu consists of a variety of small plates inspired by Chef Keller's international travels. It wasn't so busy, but the servers were hanging out by the bar. It was a little hard to get their attention. Took a while to get the check and also get our drinks refilled.

We were there right at opening and there was only us and one other party (of 4 people). We waited for 11 min before even getting water. We saw 6 different employees there and there was only 2 parties there for a total of 6 people, so the employees were not at all stretched thin. Also, don't fall in love with the online menu because it is not accurate. I understand that menus change and that doesn't bother me at all, but if a restaurant is going to change their menu they should update it online as well. Overall, very poor experience, we will not ever return.

Simply amazing. We’ve been 3 years in a row on vacation and we always stop here. The Ny steak was cooked to perfection, and the service was top notch. We also loved the garlic fries! Highly recommended for a great dining experience.

Stopped for lunch one day and was quite disappointed in the experience. The quality has truly slipped.

I ordered the steak medium-rare and it came with barely any pink. Fries were ok. The service was great!

We did the tasting menu. Everything was wonderful. Service was excellent. They were very attentive, we never had to ask for anything, they were right there keeping our glasses full and making sure we were happy. They even brought us to the kitchen to meet the chef. Thank you for a wonderful evening, so much more than just a meal.

Our third time here and absolutely wonderful. The 5 course world tour was fantastic. One of my top all time meals ever. Excellent personable and friendly service. One simply can't go wrong here...
