This is less a reflection on the employees but on the owners. As a former employee, it isn't a good place to work, as dealing with the owners is incredibly stressful, in my experience. This led to a high turnover rate, with, to my memory, 6 managers and over 30 employees coming and going in the 15 months I was there. The turnover rate and the fact that I saw the same problems from manager to manager to manager, with the owners refusing to solve the problems, led to my termination, as I became frustrated with having to deal with the fallout of their decisions, and said things I shouldn't have to people I shouldn't have. The owners are incredibly involved in the store, which is the main problem. If they would let their managers manage, I think a lot of the problems would be solved. Lots of the staff leave or are fired after very shortly after starting, which leads to many of the problems that other reviewers have noted, like slow service and understaffing. I'm going to speak to the owners now-for the sake of your employees, and yourselves, please let your managers and supervisors run their store and trust them to be competent enough to do so.

Poor selection. New Chocolate on boston n vanilla cream donuts is aweful. Runny and too sweet. More like cake frosting. The owner seemed demining to her crew.

As expected service from this location the biggest issue is the setup of the drive thru. You wrap around the building right back into a line of cars if it is busy. Only one way out of the lot also less than appealing. Same standard of coffee and menu items as other Tim Hortons in the area.

It is dirty. Does not offer free WiFi. One server was a bit curt for my tastes.

Great place that's open 24x7. Coming for a late night coffee in a quiet place like Hamburg is simply wonderful! Staff polite and courteous as usual. Probably had the best Ice Capp Supreme Oreo here as compared to other Tim's places

Worst Tim Hortons in the area. And don’t try to get Cold Stone there because none of the workers want to make the ice cream. Went in today and there were 7 people in line for the cold stone including myself and 1 person in drive through and no one else at the front counter. My family bought 5 ice creams and it took 25 minutes because there was only one person working the ice cream station while the other three employees were doing everything but helping the one nice worker, Crystal, to make ice creams. She actually almost fell and dropped ice cream and the other worker didn’t even ask her if she was okay or clean up the ice cream so she wouldn’t fall. Have some pride in your customer service and pay more attention on taking care of the customers that are in line and less about prepping for the future customers or you might not have any more come in. I know I won’t come there and waste my time again.

A standard. Lines are always long a lot of the day...but that is because so many people love it here. Service can vary, but usually good.
