Last summer, I requested a GLUTEN-FREE meal. Talked with the waitress and the manager and we all decided the pork chop was the best selection for me. The chef plated the pork chop by adding bruschetta toast!!! That wasn't even mentioned in the description. Needless to say, by the time my meal was delivered, everyone else had finished their meals. There are many people who have gluten issues. I recommend that the menu AND the buffet items be labeled with GF options.
