Great casino,tons of events and concerts and great food. Like any casino plan on leaving broke. Great selection of machines and table games,great customer service. The restaurants in here are great as well, steakhouse is my favorite but also Italian,buffet and a cafe. Rooms are pretty clean

The casino is rather smoke ridden but enjoyable. The dealers were friendly and helpful as they take your money XD. It was fun. They have quite a bit more than just the casino there as well. The restaurants were good and the spa fantastic. However the pool was small and shallow all the while the hot tubs are out of commission. I'm not sure if this is a permanent thing but at least one looked that way with a gazebo type platform built on top of it.

This is a great place to get away and enjoy some time with your significant other. The motel rooms are very luxurious and comfortable. The food is amazing for a fair price and if your lucky enough to win some money that makes it worth the while. Also they have great concerts on a regular basis with some of the greatest bands in the Country.

I love this place, especially with the new smoking policy. As a non-smoker, I always hated walking into elevators with people smoking and then having to wait to get away from it. The beds are a bit hard, that's why I took one star off. But it's always clean and the showers are just beautiful. The food is delicious and I LOVE the morning Starbucks delivery.

Walking in the door we were greeted by “Beth” at the front desk! If I were hiring at my business I would try to “steal her!!!” That’s how wonderful she is and how kind and generous she was with information! It is our anniversary and we were excited to get away and she proved we made the right choice by driving and hour away and staying here! Then after we made our “donation” after 4 hours of playing slots we came into the Seneca Cafe for a bite t eat and our server was “Destiny!!!” What a perfect ending to a perfect anniversary ! Thank you for fulfilling our expectations!!

What can you say...Days you love the casino and days you wish you didn't go and you had the $50 back in your pocket. Lol. Huge selection of slots and gamble wager from pennies, nickels, quarters up to your big boy $1 and $5 slots. Large amount of table games. The bar and staff are great. Good food at the buffet, plenty of variety and back to the table and slots to try your hand. Hotel is clean and well kept. Nice place

First time here. Specifically stopped here to play 4 card poker. Table wasn't open. Asked 3 different employees in the tables section if it would open and never got an answer. Played slots instead worst payouts ever $0. The employees at the cafe were pretty nice but this place just doesn't have the excitement that you normally experience at a casino. If I'm losing my money I'd at least like to have some fun!

We went out to play a little but ended up spending the night. They comped a room at around midnight for us, small but cozy on the 9th floor. We ate at the cafe which is excellent food but a limited menu. The next morning we ate at the breakfast buffet in the cafe which provided a good but moderate selection. We played till late afternoon and ate at the Thunder Mountain buffet before leaving. Excellent variety of foods and decent service.

Used to love the Prime Rib buffet, not so much lately. Quality is down. Same food for years now. Expensive. As a smoker I appreciated having a smoking area that was well ventilated from the other patrons but that's no more.. Strange since its allowed on the gambling floor. Probably won't be going again. Better choices available at far less cost.

This is a nice casino and hotel. It's snuggled right against mountains. The pool is great and has great views. The hot tub has been broken for years, no news on getting it fixed. There is also outside sitting in the pool area. The rooms are nice but the beds are hard. There are a variety of restaurants. The buffet has a wide selection of foods to choose from and reasonable price. The casino has a wide variety of different games to play. Alcohol drinks are free!! Overall, the staff is friendly and helpful.

Love all Seneca resorts... but Allegany is our favorite... Rooms gorgeous... but with weather. Disappointed in HBO off line.. Pool. Also disappointing with screaming kids and adult hours... a lot of low life.. Great buffets.. great food... Machines tighter during holiday season. Win lots more at Seneca Creek.. plus free giveaways twice monthly.. only 20 minutes from home... All in all... nice getaway.

Got a king suite at Seneca Casino. Buffet is one of the best I have had in a long time. Not the largest selection, but everything served was delicious. The room is pretty great, minor irritations, such as paying for everything you use, no microwave, and feeling almost forced to use valet service. Also discouraged from bringing in your own alcohol, which forces you to pay double on all your drinks. Free drinks while playing in the casino, unfortunately the servers who provide you those drinks never seem to be around. The Spa services were wonderful, and if nothing else I would recommend treating yourself to the massage package, which also gets you access to a locker, sauna, and steam room. Overall o would say that I had a great time there and will try to make it back out on my next visit.

Very nice resort and casino and Buffet. I gave it a four star because the rooms were very spacious and cool dark and quiet rooms very modern clean rooms and washroom with glass showers even a phone in the washroom! Would go back there. Also very good service. Buffet wasn't bad many items to choose from. Casino didn't give too many credits to play with like most casinos. But many machines to choose from. Also nice bars and free drinks on the floor if you're playing a machine. Also have very good entertainers that come. Nestled in a beautiful area surrounded by beautiful mountains seems like you're in Vermont. Just watch the roads around the casino lot's potholes

Visited recently with my husband to celebrate our anniversary. We had a great time, the buffet had delicious food. My husband played poker for a bit and the dealer kept making errors during the game, to the point him and another guest got up and walked away. Other than that it was a great time!

The sportsman show was enjoyable. At times, it was very crowded and a bit hard to move around. The casino was also enjoyable and the staff was friendly.

My family and i ade a trip to Seneca for my birthday. We had dinner as the buffet and as always it was delicious! The staff is excellent, the food amazing! We then went into the casino to the slot machines. Everyone is very courteous, and the facilities are very clean. We go there a couple times a year and ways look forward to it.

I've always had fun visiting the casino. I am now employed there and must say it's the best company I've worked for. The rooms are very nice and kept clean and updated. The service is great, the company takes good care of their employees as well as teaching and rewarding good customer service. The location is quite a drive from most places. There isn't much outside of the casino to do, but most guests say it's worth driving past other casinos to visit this one.

It's always a pleasure to visit our local Seneca Allegheny Resort & Casino. We especially enjoyed the Friday evening buffet. The selections suited our varied tastes and dessert put a smile on our happy faces. Swimming and the hot tub is our choice of recreation. It's family friendly, and clean. We especially like that we can tour the hotels many attractions without crossing the gaming floor, with children in tow. Our room was fantastic as always. Clean and fresh, with all the essential amenities. A hotel wouldn't be considered "fine" without taking into account the staffs performance. They are on their toes anticipating your every need with a sincere, pleasant attitude. When we have out of town guests, they also enjoy the hotel as much as we do. It's an experience that can be counted on, time and time again.
