Stopped in for the buffet. Excellent food. Attentive staff. Great dining experience. Checked out the casino after dinner. Slots and table games. Many varieties of games. Great overall experience.

Slots and arcade were fun, the lounge areas were comfortable and relaxing... I'm not really a casino person, but a friend wanted to go and I enjoyed myself much more than I expected to! Parking was easy and it wasn't smoky inside like some places are. Fun afternoon! Would definitely go back again and probably even spend a weekend! Several ingress portals and pokestops around the casino and grounds.

I love walking the trail at Turning Stone. It is a safe and pleasant place to walk with padding so feet don't hurt as bad when done. The steakhouse is an elegant place to go for dinner or even just drinks. The food at the upstate tavern is very good.

Out of all the upstate New York casinos Turning Stone is one of my favorites. Not that I've won a lot of money there but they treat you well. The rooms are usually free never had to pay for a meal. They take very good care of their guests. Never had a real problem there .My coat did get stolen off one of the chairs in the casino. They did catch the guy and I did file charges.

It was awesome. When we checked in, she was wonderful. I booked at last minute. It was my husband birthday and she gave him a gift. What she didn't know is our son passed away and I wanted to do something special for him. The room was excellent. We had a great time.

We came to the casino and it was nice and beautiful. They even had a true non smoking area. The restaurant on the main floor was awesome and we really enjoyed a lot. We have plans on coming back again. Maybe even stay at the hotel next time. Great place for gamblers.

Good place to gamble. Very good restaurants. If you want a deal, ask the front desk about the poker rate for their rooms. You can get a nice hotel room for $89 a night or just playing 4 hours of live poker. Nice place for quick getaways. The only thing needing Improvement is the sound system in their concert venue.

Went to eat before a concert. Restaurants had 45 min. to over an hour wait, so we ended up eating in the food court. Prices are reasonable. Finding a place to eat took up more of our time than planned so we didn't have time to gamble. We did go into the bar on the casino floor and we cut through the casino floor a few times. I did not notice anyone smoking and I did not smell or see any smoke fumes. Wish they had more parking for handicapped people who can't walk so far so easily. The concert, Train, was excellent but too loud...I got used to it after a number or two but the band was a bit too loud for the lead singer sometimes..I found myself watching his lips on the jumbotron for a few songs I was not familiar with. All in all, it was a pretty good night.

Such a fun place. I enjoyed playing blackjack and the dealers were nice here. There are some places that the dealers are not so nice. I didn't find that to be the case here. My family and I had 5 rooms here and they were all beautiful and very clean. The food is delicious and does not taste like fast food or look like it. I will definitely be booking another stay there soon.

Good gambling, good food. Dealers are more professional than Atlantic City (Caesar's, Bally's, etc). It's also cleaner. We got an occasional free drink from pit boss but generally you have to pay, even when gambling. They're cheap though ($2.50 Budweiser, $4 wine or hard liquor). Lots of choices of good food. If you want to eat cheap try the food court. We've had food from 4 of the places there and enjoyed all of it. You can get a delicious, filling meal there for around $8. For traditional dining, the steak house is fantastic as is the Italian restaurant. The buffet restaurant has the best selection I've seen and we loved it.

An excellent place to go enjoy the Ambiance of the Peace and relaxation at Turning Stone. The walking trails are beautiful and quiet. The game rooms are a must to enjoy for adults and children. Lots of restaurants and bakeries available for your sweet tooth. Beautiful scenery inside and out.

Stayed overnight in the tower. The room was very nice. The lobby also had a very welcoming atmosphere. All the hotel and casino staff were very helpful throughout the stay. Room service was good as was the quality of the food. The restaurant we ate at was not as great an experience. As a whole, our experience pleasant and will likely go again

Location is convenient to thruway. They have high stakes bingo twice a day which is unique to this area. Also they still have Let it Ride tables! A bunch of other casinos have been phasing them out. They've expanded their dining, but the buffet is still the most delicious (for the price). Their rewards program is also better than most other casinos - I seem to earn points much faster here than at Hard Rock, Del Lago, etc.

The buffet is an awesome deal at an awesome price. The hotel is very nice. Probably the nicest in the area. The non smoking section of the gaming room is also very nice, with lots of modern video machines. The smoking section is less modern, less well kept, and, overall, a fairly depressing spectacle. The gaming tables throughout are nice, with very pleasant dealers who all seem more than willing to give a rookie some pointers.

My friends and I go a few times a month to eat at the Seasons Harvest Buffet and to spend some time on the Casino floor. It's a great place. Great food, great atmosphere... but the Seasons Harvest Buffet could use some work. The servers most of the time speak broken English, and don't know their own menu. But other then that, I would go back time and time again for the buffet. Quality food, huge selection, amazing desserts. Everything you would want in a good buffet. The casino floor is great too. Friendly and professional staff, place is clean, free soda and coffee, it's a good place to spend a few hours. This is why I rated it 4 stars. It's a great place to go, spend a couple of nights or an afternoon. But depending on where you go, you will experience great service.....or.service that needs some help.
