Excellent thin crust pizza done well in a wood fired oven. Went after doing a wine and pizza pairing at Total Wine. Great little neighborhood place. Beer and wine available. Wines are made there. Bit light for my palette. Bit of a drive and they close early , 9pm. We will definitely go back next time we are in the area.

Food was amazing! Had the lobster bisque pizza and was very tasty. You could taste the fresh oregano on it. My friend had the lobster ravioli and it also tasted great. They only had two wines available so didn't get to try too many. Service was friendly. I love that it's doggy friendly. The only thing I didn't like was after letting them know it was my birthday they didn't do anything. Not even a free dessert. It's a good place to go eat, but if you're celebrating a special occasion I wouldn't go there.

It is a wonderful place. Staff is very nice. Really good food and good prices. Definitely recommend it.

The food was so good I ordered more to take home. The chef was considerate enough to ask how soon it would be eaten for which he would adjust the cooking time accordingly. Plus, there's an olive oil and balsamic vinegar bar!

A hidden gem. Dined there 2 nights ago. The wood fired cheese bread with Fresh marinara sauce was amazing. We also had the homemade pasta withe the Best meat ball and marinara sauce ever. Washed it down with a nice glass of wine. Highly recommend.

Just got a soda to drink but would definitely love to eat there. Smelt so amazing. Friendly men working, both of them named Anthony, treated me so nicely. My kids needed a drink on our long trip home from Sarasota. My friends and family have eaten here and recommend everything. Loved the friendliness and cleanliness of the restaurant.

Love it ! Absolutely the Best Well Done thin crust Pizza that I've found in Florida. Kinda reminds me of my Jersey Flavor. Excellent Home Made Pasta Dishes and all at a very reasonable price. Love the owner and staff, Super friendly and accommodating.

The pizza is so delicious. It is made with fresh ingredients and wood fired with a spectacular crust. I attended a fundraiser recently at Calusa Brewing and the Goodfellas food truck was scheduled to be there. I told Dave the owner about the fundraiser and he offered to donate a percentage of profits to the campaign. It turned out to be a great day in part to the Goodfellas team. They are always giving back to the community. I have heard great things about their food and wine and can't wait to try more. Thanks for the response Dave, that is good to know. I changed the review to wood fired.

SO wish this place was in my neighborhood back home. After first visit, am adding to my favorites for Siesta Key/Sarasota dining options. Feels like we just had the 5 Star treatment at a friends place for lunch. Excellent. Thank you for a very enjoyable meal.

This place has solid pizza and they were very accommodating with specific dietary requirements. They also had a wide variety of infused oils and vinegars with fresh bread that we're amazing. We purchased a whole bottle of the fig balsamic vinegar. This would have been an easy 5 star except their house made wines were completely unpalatable.

Great little Italian restaurant with delicious pizza, a great olive oil and vinegar bar with a half dozen selections of each for your salad, and homemade wine. We didn't have any room left for dessert or we would have tried one of their gelatos. Service was excellent! Check it out, you won't be disappointed!

I loved this restaurant. It has a simple unpretentious decor but the wait staff and food are first rate. I had the lobster bisque pizza which was absolutely delicious. The gracious owner made his way through the tables which added to the charm and appeal. I will definitely be back to sample the menu again and again.

The food is really good. The pizza is amazing! I always get the pizza. It's the best pizza ever! We live in South Venice, but we drove up to Sarasota at "least" once a week to eat at Goodfellas! The staff is always friendly and welcoming, even when they are slammed! Luke and Amy were great last night!
