We love these people their hotel and casino. They actually let you win a little bit but you must use full credits to get the jackpots. The food options were not notable more on the lower average scale. If you like fine dining stop somewhere before getting here. This would be my forth and my wife's third visit to the resort and always had a wonderful experience up to now. We were offered an players club discounted hotel rate that the front desk would not honor and charged us the normal posted rate. Bait and switch is not good business practice especially with loyal customers. Be careful that you pay for your rooms in advance with these peoples. We will be trying the larger Resort six miles down the road for our next resort experience.

Lights clearly have not been clean in a while and maybe could use some more tender loving. Alfredo was not too good but they made it right and made sure that I got something I actually enjoyed and their BBQ chicken pizza is to die for. Good pizza and friendly staff they will make it right. Cheesecake took a while to come out. When I got it was good. The box they gave me for the pizza was small I had to break my pizza into the slices to fit it into the box. Could definitely be better.

Great quality food. I go here on a group date with my friends every year to celebrate. The only thing I would have them change is the lemon meringue pie should be more tart. Really excited for the next time that we will go there

I’ve been frequenting lucky eagle since the beginning. It seems like all the momentum of building got to their heads and while revamping recently has slowly lowered the satisfaction value of visiting. The new buffet was a major downgrade. Customer service around the entire property went to a alltime low. However it felt really good to pocket all the money that was going to be spent on services though. So let’s make the 1 Star a 2. If you want to save money at a casino this would be the one to go to though, service makes it impossible to spend a dime. You can play the same machines at any bar in Oregon it feels like. In fact I get better service at Oregon bars too. Dang.

It's quite the drive to get there, but the destination is worth it. The casino is quite large with a large no-smoking section. The buffet was affordable, and the on-site cedar plank salmon cooking was enjoyable. The hotel is reasonably new. Rooms large and we'll appointed. And very reasonable in price.

The hotel room was nice and spacious. Amenities were easy to find. Starbucks was located in the lobby which was a plus. The casino had a nice variety of games as well as food options. The buffet food was good especially the smoked salmon which was cooked over for the center of the dining area.

I love this casino. The thing I love most is their non smoking section is BEFORE the smoking section. I've been to another casino where it is the opposite and I nearly get sick having to walk through to the other end, then have to walk back out when I leave. So I really appreciate this aspect of the casino. They also have amazing food options with their restaurants and late night food for those who are there well past "bedtime".

I can't thank them enough! If you are looking for a great place to sleep, I highly recommend this place. The beds are super comfy and everything was great. We have had our share of bad beds while travelling, but this one had great beds. Will definitely stay there again when we drive towards Portland! Thank you so much everyone for everything :)

We went for the Saturday night seafood buffet at the fireside grill inside the casino. It is wonderful for seafood lovers! Crab legs galore (both hot and cold available), fried shrimp, shrimp cocktail, fried oysters, steamed clams (a couple different types), clam strips, fire grilled salmon, fried cod! They also have a beautiful prime rib, salad bar, plenty of sides and the dessert bar features mini fancy little desserts so you can have a few different things! All in all my seafood loving kiddos loved it! And at $26 per person it was worth the money and the drive out there!

A small, out of the way casino in central Washington. The location is kinda of strange as its not on I5 or even a state highway. Kind of in the middle of nowhere. Typical gambling games are found. Buffet is decent. It was comforting to see a nice security presence both inside and outside the casino. Staff were generally very polite and helpful. A lost item was actually turned into lost and found and not thrown out which was nice. If your in the area (in particular Great Wolf Lodge) it worth checking out if you need some adult time. Happy hour is every hour with $3 drinks! Free parking is provided

The recent remodel of the buffet restaurant looks great! There isn't as many choices as before, but it is still really good. There is one hidden gem you should try, it is the fire grilled chicken, the flavor is fantastic and the meat is so juicy! They wait staff is so nice and professional. Just one suggestion, get there early or wait until later to avoid the long line to get in.

If you're a tables player this place sucks. I am a data geek at work so while at play I've created a little app for myself to be able to analyze differences between casinos I go to. For the amount I played here, the typical casino would have given me about $10-$15 for the restaurant. Here, I got $2.78. Granted, there is great variability in these kinds of programs, but this place is a real outlier on the low end, indicating they have almost no respect for table players.

We recently stayed in your hotel and had a great 2 days. The staff at the hotel, casino, restaurants,and "EVERY WHERE " were friendly, helpful and kind to us and my dog. The room was super clean and the grounds well maintained and beautiful. The Dog park was an added bonus. Thank you all for making Lucky Eagle a place I look forward to visiting again!😊🐕

I wish this wasn't so far off of the HWY, because this is an amazing place to visit. Packed with so many great games to choose from and the staff are so nice and professional. We've only stayed in the hotel once, but our room was impeccable. Clean and modern, we felt pampered and enjoyed our stay. Can't wait to come back! 5 stars.

The buffet is better than most others in the area. That being said, the buffet can be pretty hit or miss. Sometimes the only crab available is Jonah or the snow crab is old and too salty. Other times the snow crab is bright orange and fresh. I've experienced similar scenarios with the other foods such as the prime rib. Overall, it's a good buffet. if anything, the buffet is worth it for the value of the crab and salmon compared to the entry fee.

We enjoy going here we only play slots. I have not had a big win yet but often win enough to be able to play longer. A friend won a few thousand recently, last week I saw more people collecting large wins then in the past. We like to eat at the Craft house the food is good. We have eaten at their Asian grill but not at the buffet. The parking garage is nice to get you out of the weather ,but it also seems isolated no security. The hotel is also a nice place to stay easy access to the casino.
