He never showed up to my wedding and had the audacity to say I told him the wrong date. Worst customer service I have ever got in my life. Absolutely Horrible

Great service! Very reasonable prices! Great communication! I called them for table/chair and linen rental. But also decided to rent lighting and a cotton candy machine. Great communication! Will call Party Planners Plus for FIRST for all my entertainment needs :)

Did not show up the day of the party without any kind of notice. Tried emailing, calling, and texting and I still have no idea why they didn't show up. DO NOT book anything with them. If you look at their Facebook, it's not the first time something like this has happened.

I hired Party Planners Plus for my daughters first birthday. They set up a tent, tables and chairs, a Minnie Mouse jumper and even sent Minnie Mouse for our Minnie Mouse themed party. Minnie Mouse was awesome! We had a red and black theme, they set up black chair covers with red sashes and the look was so tasteful and elegant. We also had red and black linens for the tables and a cotton candy machine which was a great hit among the kids and adults. We wanted our daughters first birthday to be something to remember... And it definitely was. Awesome staff, great customer service. I highly recommend this company!
