Typical casino. Nothing special. Smoking is still allowed. They do have non-Smoking games. Bingo daily at 6pm. Just average. Paper and computer options. Blackjack game is fun and the dealers and the managers are always nice (and fun). Free soda... No free alcohol. Be sure to use your player's card at the tables for free gas or food comps you can pick up at the Player's Club counter. Make sure you ask about comps, not points.

We found the person at the hotel desk to be very helpful and courteous, not like what some other people are saying on the web. The casino is on the smoky side, but there is a large non-smoking room in the back and another non-smoking area nearby. The other reviews are right that to get to the buffet you would have to take the kids right through the casino. I found the machines to be loose because I was able to win $86 out of the $100 free play offer. The wife got $200 out of her $150 offer. The hotel rooms are very nice although the TV station list is pretty short.

Even with the remodeling going, on no issues with room etc. I had a great time with the slots for a change. Seems if I didn't win a great deal, it was always enough to keep me playing. Then I found the one. It was so much fun and ended up with plenty to take home. Fun time....this time.

Watched the negatives dance to the drum beats which symbolizes so many different ways of their culture. Very clean and beautiful casino. Loved the great inside waterfall that changes colors. Great food and loved the raspberry chocolate chunks waffle corn. So many machines to chose from. We stayed in their full hookup RV campgrounds. Very nice security guard who went out of his way to help us out with a problem with our friends motor home. Definitely a thumbs up for anyone to camp out while traveling and have fun in their casino.

Highly recommended campground for a fair price. Easy in out large pull through sites. Great bath house. Nice little park for the kids, and everything was good a clean for a fair price. We will likely return. We were just passing through, but think we will plan a trip back for a longer stay just because of this campground in a nice area.

Good pool and a nice stay. Rooms were very clean and the chocolate they put out in the rooms is delicious. This is a wonderful place to stay up even of you don't gamble. They send my wife a free nights stay and she ended up winning while she was there so over all it was a great trip!

This is where hope for humanity goes to die. I have never been more depressed by an establishment or its clientele. The dealers were friendly and nice to new players and the bartenders were nice. But the bright lighting of the whole place made every flaw a glaring one and there are a lot of flaws to be seen here.

My husband and I are OTR drivers so we decided to stop here and play since it's been awhile. The last time we were here was before they remodeled but this was definitely the LAST time. This casino should be ashamed of themselves!! We tried multiple machines and none of them were paying out. They literally rob you blind and it stinks to high heaven like stale cigarettes in there, yuck! I thought Oklahoma casinos were bad. Spoke too soon for sure! DO NOT give this place a dime of your money. You've been WARNED!

Have better customer service at your rewards club front desk. Whoever the lady is there with red hair is a real b. Simply asked a question a got some sass in return. Probably not who you want as the face of your business. Yikes.

Love the new addition. Had a great time playing slots even won some money. Copper Oaks great service and great food.

Though there are a few tweaks left, the renovation is done and the casino is looking great. The rewards desk is now at the Front entrance and there's no need for crossing a smoking area anymore. I felt a little disoriented when I first came in, but once I found my landmarks I knew where I was. The non-smoking section is HUGE and they've even got an area of non-smoking within that section... Double protection from smoke!!!

Drove to ho-chunk for the first time. Had high hopes from others' praise. Was let down with a dumpster stinking up the front entrance. Who puts a smelly dumpster next to a main entrance?? Once inside was let down again. Their poker room consists of a few tables crammed together in a corner. If I wanted to get on the waiting list it appeared I'd have to squeeze in between players already seated to get to the stand. So no poker. At the tables I was disappointed a third time. Dealers with no enthusiasm, and servers with even less. Uniforms throughout were all looking wrinkled and uncared for. From someone who frequents casinos, I will not return to this one.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Separate side for smokers and non- smokers. A fun place to enjoy, so many options for games. Great food at many restaurants there. I highly recommend it!!

Beautifully built building and hotel is very clean and nice. Casino is all new and old machines. High stakes poker room and also low betting as well. Bunch of card games and a whole bunch of slots! It's a good time minus when I lose all my money(I'm not good at gambling) great for families they have a awesome higher scale buffet with like crab and lobster little expensive but it fits for what your eating. Pool is wonderful!

Room was nice. They didn't have a very organized plan for the event I attended. Stood in one line for will call tickets then another line for wrist band for premium seats. Misleading, said if you buy a premium seat your question answered. Not true your ticket got placed in a big barrel and they only picked for tickets. Not a gambler, so I can't judge casino. Copper Oak restart was Very good.

The remodel of the bingo hall is terrible. It is smaller than ever, most of the tables are for smokers, staff is rude, callers were making mistakes, the monitors are small and mounted to the ceiling. The callers can't hear and they don't have microphones to hear bingos.So even if you yell loud enough for everyone to hear you, if they aren't paying attention they call the next number. Screwed me over and the lady next to me said it happened to her last week. My friend and I are so mad. We are done with this casino. Save your money. The casino remodel is awful. You can't find an exit and card tables were stuck in a cornet
