have 2 words..... tinned mushrooms! There were tinned mushrooms in the gloopy beef dish. I cannot believe that The Star allows this restaurant to exist attached to them. To be fair the dumplings were very good and the large group I was with all thought it was looking promising after the dumplings and the fried aubergine that was also good, Unfortunately that is were it ended. Dish after dish was poorly executed ending in the grand finale of what was called dessert, which was black sesame sludge like paste wrapped in dumpling cases. The black paste oozed out of the white dumpling pastry in an extremely unattractive and exceedingly unappetising manner, so bad that it was quite comical! Nil pas for the Century, not one of Sydneys finest dining experiences!

Good quality Cantonese Seafood cuisine. On the expensive side tho and the service is unpredictable when it gets busy.

The food was great, Albeit pricey, but what would you expect from the location. The 1 star is for rubbish service , read no service. Poor use of English and extensive smell of Dettol. I appreciate the place needs to be cleaned, but not while I'm eating. Also the seafood is kept is inhumane . Wouldnt kill them to have more than one tub for these guys
