We went swimming at the Thunder Valley Casino Resort and there staff is so friendly. I've been playing the slots though and I have not won lately. The rooms are always clean and I love the furnishings and almost everything about this casino. I wish they did have a game area for the kids or a Children's service similar to Kids Quest at Red Hawk Casino.

Stayed here for a night and I love their suite room. Big room plus the nice view . Buffet : they have very good food, reasonable price. Staffs are always helpful and friendly. The only thing I'm not liking is their song choices in the casino .

Best slots, best poker room, outstanding hotel rooms and delightful staff. Convenient free parking. Easy to get to from the Bay Area. Went to Tahoe after stop here at Thunder Valley. No comparison. Thunder Valley is cleaner, better maintained, MUCH better slot selection. Totally separate smoke-free room. Red Lantern Restaurant best Chinese food anywhere. Bathroom huge and well appointed, beds more comfortable than any other place. I could go on and on. I love Thunder Valley. We make the 175 mile trip several times a year because it's the best.

Good live poker room! They have a variety of live games and good tournaments. This is a huge casino and hotel with a massive amount of all the bell and whistle machines. It is very modern and clean. I like video poker, but cannot play here, because the pay scales are highly slanted toward the house. A good place to drink and have some fun!

This place is an excellent escape from the Sacramento metro area. Ample environment with modern decor. The atmosphere invites you to enjoy the food or drink of choice. A little crowded around shows and special dates not the space doesn't fill bogged down if there is a crowd. Rooms are a palatable for being a four diamond resort. But I do hear the honeymoon suites are stunning.

Great casino based on looks I don't gamble. Live band plays, food court along with restaurants, night club called illusions was fun dancing to top 40 techno Etc. Live entertainment outdoor venue for concerts celebrity singers and bands. No arcade for children. Beautiful hotel. I didn't stay as a guest so I don't know all the information concerning the hotel but it was beautiful.

The casino is very large compared to other casinos here in Northern California! Not many games here let you bet under 40 cents per spin. The food court was nice for a variety of food options, but I asked if there were free fountain sodas on the floor and was told no. That is unusual for this area! We had to stop several different staff for directions to locations inside the resort, and rarely was anybody able to help us find the places where we were going! Finally, our main reason for coming here to see a show! We somehow missed when buying tickets that the show was outdoors! This place is out in the middle of miles of agricultural land and the bugs at dusk are horrendous! There was a group of people standing off to the side near the front of the stage smoking and talking very loudly! We were in the fifth row and on the very end of the aisle and I really had a hard time hearing the comedian on stage because there was so much chatter around me! Those are premium seats and I expected a fairly good experience! There was an extremely drunk man right in front of us that wouldn't stop talking! Someone in my row asked him to quiet down a couple times and finally asked security for help, but security wouldn't do anything. They wouldn't even ask him to be quiet! Overall, I was really disappointed with the entire experience! I expected an enjoyable show, and even though the comedian was great, there were so many small details that could have been done to ensure we had an excellent experience, and I left a bit disappointed (and with several bug bites on my legs!).

Great Casino! Has truck parking also. Great food options. Plenty of activity going on every night. And weekends here get really packed. There are 2 big bars also with many TVs to watch sports. They have a summer concert series with a great line up all summer long. Almost forgot to mention, great eye candy at this place also.😍

Not as good as it used to be if your only there to play slots. Service for drinks at The slots SUCKS. It literally takes hours for a waitress to come by and even longer to get one delivered. If you get it at all. Usually done with that game by the time they remember to bring you your soda or coffee. Oh but if your not playing with a players card they notice that right away and get right on it. Need change... Better get your hunting gear on cause busy or not them people are even harder to find. Mosie on over to the bar for an iced mocha. Might as well have ordered it from the waitress cause you just sent the last hour waiting for the bartender to notice your there. Oh wait... The 2 bartenders on duty look right at you. Again!!!! I must be wearing my cape makes me invisible cause there's no one else at the bar. Nope. As far as service it doesn't deserve the one start but I had no LOWER choice.

Like most Indian casinos is a little out-of-the-way, but it's still close to a major highway so it's not inconvenient. We were there for drinks dinner and gambling. Their drinks are stiff yet flavorful, their food is insanely good like just all of it we tried a little of each persons plate in our party (try the Beef Brochette). The gambling was fun but the slot machines don't pay very well and the room is constantly full of thick smoke. It's great that they have a raffle for something cool everyday though , we were there when they were giving away a Camaro a day for a month. I would say it is great for a day trip, but unless you have work nearby I'd stay somewhere else after one night.

One of my favorite casinos, and I've been to a lot of them! The high limits slots actually payout at a great rate. The mini night club in the middle of the casino is fun. Great place for young people to hangout and blow money. The steak house is awesome!

Really heavy cigarette smoke. The cafe serves a decent meal. RV parking available in parking lot with shuttle to casino at no charge. Be aware that the RV parking lot is next to open vacant lots with tall grass . Very rural. Coyotes in the area. Great to boondock. No hook ups. During concerts you can enjoy the entertainment from parking lot.

I have enjoyed their very gracious attitudes, and have been pleased to observe their quiet, professional patience even in trying situations (which occur regularly in casinos, I'm sure). A pleasant place to spend time ... especially relaxing because their 72 hour RV parking policy allows for time to indulge and then recover! Roberto and the whole parking security staff make it safe to enjoy the casino and not have to worry about the RV while I'm away from it. I plan to return when I'm back in the area. ps: the sweeping vista of the Sierras to the east is an expansive, amazing view!

Thunder Valley was a nice casino. The rooms were all booked for the weekend, but we stayed nearby at another hotel. The casino itself was pretty nice - lots of options for slots or table games and quite a few different food options as well. We ate at High Steaks Steakhouse. Pricey meal, average in taste, but the service was excellent. No place to set your drink in any of the bathrooms and the bathrooms themselves were a little beaten up. Broken urinals and no paper towel in some of the bathrooms; although, we were there at a peak time so it was quite busy and somewhat understandable. Overall, I was really happy with the casino and I would recommend stopping by.

We went to the Buffet on a Sunday around 1pm. We paid about $20 each for the Brunch Buffet, which came with 3 mimosas each (they were strong!). Food was good, not great. Service was really good. Our waiter was amazing and always checked on us. He also bussed latest quickly, so nothung piled up.

Casino was pretty busy. Didn't hear any bells ringing... Meaning no big jackpots. I did see 2 Cocktail Waitresses and that's a plus since I never seen one last 2 visits. Gambled for a few hours. No big wins. Restrooms clean and stocked. Probably will go to Red Hawk next time

The room was not as nice as previous visit. When asking for extra amenities like towels and pillows the staff was not as friendly and provided minimal quantities. The dinner we ordered for room service cost $150 and the quality of food was much lower than prior visit. I was really unhappy with this visit. The room was the provence which is $500 a night and the room was slightly better than a motel 6. The only good thing was I won $900 on a slot machine so at least that covered the cost of the trip.

Fun. Exciting. Lots of games to choose from. Tried the Bingo for the first time. Not sure if I would do it again. Thought it was a bit pricey for a buy in. Would rather lose my money making a mistake at the tables then chance my luck waiting for a certain number to be called. But enjoyed trying it out. Buffet was good. But just average in my opinion.
