Very dissapointed with this BBQ joint. It's overprice with mediocre food. It's inside wild wild west casino Bally's hotel. The server is ok but need more customer friendly. She can answer menu selection general question. By 10 pm most of the food and sauce already gone even though it's advertised open till midnight. The only one available was chicken wings and that's without the sauce cause the sauce already gone. It taste super dry and $13.99 for 10 tiny pieces (advertised as jumbo sizes)

If I could do a 0 stars I would. I honestly thought since Guy's name was behind it that the food would be amazing but the food is overpriced, of poor quality and poor taste. I would not recommend to anybody!

The customer service here is terrible, the food was decent. I ordered the pork butt platter which was $14 and got one piece of bread with a scope of meat on top. When I asked politely for another piece of bread to make it a sandwich I was yelled at by the single employee there. I know the sandwich doesn’t come with two pieces but how big of deal is it for them to give me an extra piece of bread to complete the sandwich and make the customer happy. In my opinion the employees were very unprofessional. Very turned off by the staff!

Absolutely love this joint! Guys bbq sauce is off the chain. I do have two suggestions: 1) Add kettle chips instead of lays, 2) Add kosher pickle chips to each meal. Everything was delish, would definitely recommend.

By far the worst. I really thought Guy had high standards but it does not show at this facility. I was excited to try the food but left truly disappointed. The brisket was absolutely horrible, there was more fat than brisket. The brisket didn’t taste slow cooked but rather had a boiled taste to it. The pork butt was dry and was less to be desired. It’s a shame that he tastes other people’s food on Triple D and this food is beyond sub par.

Food is much improved since they opened. Love the smoked wings!!....B.L.A.T sandwich and trashcan nachos are also very good!!

Wanted to try the hotdogs place closed 10 minutes early staff was very rude and obnoxious. The guy working the counter was swearing at 2 little old ladies it made everyone uncomfortable this place in Atlantic City should be shut down

Food portions are too small, sides are even smaller. The chicken was better than the ribs but that isn't saying much. The only redeeming quality about this place is the bread and beverages. And maybe the service.

Barbecue seasoning lack zest. Potato salad bland. Mac and cheese, forgettable. What a shame. Employee's not happy.

Not impressed, staff undertrained, sausage was cold in middle. Not going to order there again. Beans were very good though. Mac n cheese good also. Wings no. Sandwich no. Sausages no.

Most of these reviews are people complaining about price and portions. The menu tells you EXACTLY what you are going to get and pay for so disregard the complainers who have nothing better to do. The wings are very good and the sides are small but unless you are a someone who gorges on food, a platter is plenty to fill one person. Its worth a try if you do not feel like spending $40+ on an entree at Guys Chophouse in the hotel.

Ordered the wings platter with mac and c. greens. The food was absolutely delish!! Sides were small but still filled me up. Only downfall is that it is a bit costly for the amount of food given. I would recommend to a friend.

I would give them a 0 if I could. Worst food I ever tasted please don't waste your money just walk outside and Johnny rockets is open and it a little better. Wish Ballys would step it up a little better with food choices....

My husband and i went to ballys for dinner, drinks and dancing. W stopped to eat at this restaurant. Never again! The ribs were microwaved and disgusting!!. The Mac and cheese was watery, bland and also tasted microwaved. The greens were inedible. 45 bucks wasted. We should've just went to McDonald's then to ballys.
