The place is pretty clean. Friendly staff. Smoke free except for the smoking terrace. I'd give it 5 stars if I won every time I went but that isn't the case. I have done pretty well here, though. Moderation is key!

Too crowded. Minimum table limits too high and hard to find an opening at a table with the lowest limit. Do not like multiple different ways you can bet now on a simple blackjack table. Takes up way too much time. Also don't like that the dealer has to press some screen in front of him/her before every hand. I think they may be typing how much money is being bet per hand. Seriously?! Do you really have to keep control of that sort of thing?! So with that and the multiple side bets that are on the tables now, just makes for very slow monotonous play. Not to mention their dealers are not trained very well and take a lot of time to figure out payouts.

Even though I must admit, I am not really a gambler, I do enjoy visiting Rivers. It is conveniently located, they have all the usual casino games (slots, blackjack, roulette, video poker...), as well as some fine eateries all around. The Hangover game is a blast! They even have a nightclub setup. [Which I never entered nor would I; partially because of my intense hatred of clubbing in general, partially because they always charge cover. I am already inside the casino so why should I pay money just to enter past a velvet rope when I can still hear the club music just the same from the line?] They have a nice café and gift shop area. Great for when you need a break from gambling and drinking overpriced booze. (Okay, anywhere you go alcoholic drinks will be way overpriced and casinos are where people expect to blow money anyways.) Obviously, it helps to go with a group, but you can actually enjoy this place alone!

First time I was ever there. Quite chaotic. Lots of action. I saw quite a few WINNERS in my 2 hr. Visit. Went with wife and my sister who go fairly frequently. My sister likes this casino as she says it is cleaner and neater than many she's been to. You can go quite along time on the slots for about $20, unless you are cursed with the worst luck in the world. Restaurants are pricey but perhaps the quality justified it, I didn't eat there.

Clean environment with courteous staff. Several restaurant options. Buffet a very good value especially since I was given a 2 for 1 voucher being as it was my first visit. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because there was no other stores in the immediate proximity to enrich my visit experience. If you enjoy gambling, this could easily be your paradise.
