Food is terrible, service is terrible, staff is rude. I've given you countless chances to redeem yourself, tonight was the final straw. Past experiences include; Wings Not being cooked through. Cooks bad mouthing me in front of other staff and myself for my order. Ordered Pasta with Shrimp and Sausage, they forgot the Pasta. Burned chicken in Every Salad. Finally, waitress never made an appearance. After waiting 20min the cook turned away a $50. + Order. Congrats, we Won't Ever be back, and Will be spreading the word. However, the first (and only) time I ate there I was very impressed. Please Note; None of these problems/bad experiences happened while the Owner was there. Word of advice- Put more effort into hiring.
